I have had really good experiences with Liebherr UK after care customer service.
After receiving the Liebherr fridge-freezer,
I struggled with the 10 years warranty registration process by using my mobile phone as their system does not take any uploading files/photos for the receipt from my phone. Then I tried with Liebherr website web form, it is temperamental and I wasn’t sure it is done properly. I therefore decided to send them an email with my receipt for the warranty registration.
I am pleasantly surprised that on the same day, I received a personal email from Jane saying that everything has been sorted and 10 years warranty is registered for our fridge.
I am really happy with their efficiency and fast response. Thank you Jane for the excellent customer service and support.

The product we bought looks great and is working very efficient. The sales and delivery personnel where excellent and with a 10 year Guarantee puts their customers minds to rest. My only regret is such a high quality manufacturer uses a customer paying phone number.

Save yourself future heartache if you happen to buy a faulty model! Our brand new model, purchased in December 2024, was broken within 3 months. We were 8 WEEKS WITHOUT a fridge/freezer! We have been astonished at the lack of customer care at Liebherr which has been abysmal. During the whole 8 weeks we received not one apology for the product break down and the appalling service that we received. No sense of alarm that the product broke down whilst only being three month's old. No sense of dissatisfaction with the Glotech engineer who put in 2 new sensors (that didn't need replacing) and didn't correctly diagnose the fault. No ability to expedite the repairs. Thankfully our family and friends know to avoid their products in future.

We phoned to enquire if we were eligible for 10 year warranty and spoke to very helpful lady who sent link. As we are in our 80s I had difficulty sending the proof of purchase pdf form in document but sent it to online service request. This was accepted and we received a lovely email confirming we are covered for 10 years. We received professional and caring attention.

I purchased Liebherr frost free under counter freezer via Marks Electrical, brilliant service from Marks.... well done! I had cause to contact Liebherr aftersales on the day of delivery, i had a response first thing Monday morning and my query was solved.
I believe both Marks and Liebherr have gone above and beyond what most people would expect.
It's great to see that two great companies are giving exceptional customer service.

Owned a freezer for about two years then pump failed - full freezer of food lost. Took several weeks for contract engineer to call and replace pump. Three months later same again.

Amazing fridge and freezer with excellent customer service. We originally planned to buy a Miele, but the style we wanted was out of stock. So we chose Liebherr instead — and we're so glad we did! The quality is outstanding, it's incredibly spacious, and we would 100% recommend it.

I have had my 4 draw freezer for about 2 years , some noise at times which was surprising but the crunch came when the door handle fell apart when I tried to open it. Over many years and a lot of appliances I have never seen this happen and frankly it should never happen, especially as the adverts tell you how high quality everything is on Liebherr. I spoke to customer services and they did not want to know ,wrote to them same , wear and tear , Indeed!! rubbish.

good sized fridge ,but at a cost of £359 very disappointed it has only lasted 34 months ,spoke to customer service said could arrange for service engineer £80 plus vat plus parts so unfortunately we decided not to spend anymore money on the fridge we choose Liebherr thinking it was a good make and would last us

Recently bought the Liebherr CU2831 fridge freezer. I am very pleased with it. It is extremely well designed, very quiet and of high quality. Would definitely recommend.

The under counter freezer is terrible it freezes up at the top and is iced up within a couple of weeks. The frost free fridge freezer is fine but the crisper draw at the bottom gets very wet so needs to be dried every few days . This doesn't help keep vegetables well. Also because of the large crisper draw there is very little room in the door for storage of anything as tall as a wine bottle . Generally the fridge freezer is a good capacity but if you are short the top shelf will be too high to reach . I'm 5ft6ins and struggle.

From a 1-star to a 5-star rating due to excellent service centre support. On first start up the fridge freezer was noisy. But putting it on rubber feet has changed the noise level altogether. Where this company scores well is with their rapid and active customer support. Well done.

Liebherr RSDCI1620 60cm Plus Freestanding Undercounter Larder Fridge – STAINLESS STEEL.
This fridge looks great. That’s the only positive thing I can say.
Getting this fridge simply to switch on was a living hell. Registering the purchase with liebherr was like pulling teeth! Setting up the “smart device” app required to use it a total nightmare.
I’m an experienced network administrator and it took 4 hours simply to get it switched on and cold.
The paper documents that come with the fridge are utterly useless. It comes with “objects” that I still can not identify. Even sending pictures to liebherr they don’t know and asked me for part number!
Liebherr online registration is a joke. The coding is appalling. The vocabulary incorrect. It took 20 mins to input a purchase date another 20 mins before it would accept a password. Endless error codes and repeated attempts. Email validation that failed. Too much to list.
I didn’t realise I’d have to dance around my kitchen trying to get a WiFi signal just to switch it on. This is the tip of the iceberg. It’s just too much to list.
If I’d had a sledgehammer in my hands at 4pm today I would have smashed it to bits.

This company has been so easy to contact and their customer service is outstanding. Very speedy delivery of my appliance.
I received emails with the detailed information that I needed. Their responses were always very swift and the person I spoke to on the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give more than 100% I would!
This company is first class. Their service is second to none. The staff are fantastic. Very professional company. From sales, customer service and after care.
Extremely easy and straightforward to deal with. Fully recommend.

My £1300 integrated freezer stopped working after 3 years. Liebherr deemed it a non repairable fault and offered around £250 towards a new one. The freezer had numerous call outs within the warranty period. If you want a non reliable so called premium freezer which will last 3 years this is your company!

Your offer is below; I’ve declined this as the effective discount is around £250. My freezer has had numerous issues since purchase and this particular fault where it’s now deemed unrepairable was flagged when it was 3 years old.

If you would like to discuss further please call me. I feel your reply is very different to what customer services have said over the phone !
