I made an order, it was delivered to an incorrect address. Royal mail said I needed to take it up with the company. I messaged them many times and was told to wait patiently for the appropriate to look into it. I googled how to deal with consumer issues from Chinese companies. It said to email the embassy, don't bother they don't reply either. I didn't get my item, or a refund so was basically robbed by them and told to wait with no reply. Never again. They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered on the 28/12/24 and lost the will to fight anymore by the 17th Feb. I have had no further correspondence from them.

Placed an order, within an hour discovered I had been charged a different amount, emailed to request that order is cancelled and refunded. Got a response next day saying they were refunding the difference, emailed back immediately and again requested cancellation and a full refund. Got an email the next day saying it was too late and the order was on its way. I cancelled in plenty of time but my request was just ignored. Do not order from this company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your Monday and claim that your parcel was delivered I have CCTV and nothing was delivered to my house kept telling them this all I got back was “ask your neighbours” “speak to the post office”!! Absolutely vile customer services!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I fell for the Uk site, when it’s not. After waiting a month my item turned up and the £14.50 stained glass hanging book Christmas tree is a piece of nasty plastic. Avoid this company at all costs

It's finally arrived! I would advise Check reviews if you don't want to wait a month to receive your ordered item.
For a start am still waiting for my order. When address says UK I expect it to be based in the UK. Not America. I have had one message it's in transit somewhere in America
Do not order from this company it is a disgrace! & you order at your peril. Wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before would never have ordered from this company.

Do not use this company they are shocking. It took over a month for the item to arrive and when it did it was nowhere near the size I ordered althoug they were adamant it was. Customer service was very unprofessional and would only offer a £6 refund . I have raised a dispute through paypal

Really poor customer and disappointing services. Robotic, repetitive non-responsive replies. Despite six requests for information about complaints procedure, I received nothing.

Terrible customer service. One of three flying orbs arrived broken. Their Customer service team would only offer me £3 compensation for the £8.99 product!? They also charged me too much money on my original order. What the hell is that all about!? Would very much avoid using them again after this first experience. :-(

Total scam. Magnetic chess arrived but not as advertised. Tiny little discs that aren’t even magnetic. Tried PayPal but the company offered £4 refund, closed my case and didn’t refund. SCAM

asked for address to send item back as to small refused. this place is a not worth it if you order incorrectly then you have to live it. the Returns section on the website is a load of rubbish as they do not adhere to it.

Bought one of the magnetic chess games 27 Nov, arrived 27 Dec and the magnets are not as advertised, game can't be played. Terrible customer service telling me the item is correct. It is tat, absolute waste of money. I should have known better really.

Ordered at the end of September, however nothing has arrived yet. I have been trying to get in contact with the company but they don’t reply. It states the item was delivered and a photo was given however I have received nothing. The item was not put through my letter box and the photo is just of a package at my front door. No idea how to get my money back as nobody will reply to my emails! Would not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered 2 flying orbs at the beginning of December as presents for my grandkids, finally arrived on the 27th December!! When I opened the package the orb was broken in two places, and the charging cable would not fit into the charging point..... ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, steer well clear of home all UK. Wouldn't order from this lot ever again.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my magnetic chess game. Didn’t realise it wasn’t from UK. I have been in touch with customer services and used ‘tracking’. They do not give me any confidence in where it may be. I thought it had been through customs and sent to the UK. Then some information came up mentioning China!! I don’t think Facebook should have this on its page.

I ordered 4 flying orbs from this company. I also hadn't realised they would be shipped from the USA.... So they took a lot longer to arrive than I expected but they arrived in time for Christmas.
However, two of the 4, had the magic controller missing. I have spent days trying to get this resolved. They insisted of photos (how can you photograph something that's missing???) And are now saying their warehouse states they haven't missed anything off my order. I suspect I will never get a resolution. Lesson learned, avoid like the plague!!!
