Postage was expensive and you have just reduced price of the item I purchased by £10 which is really frustrating!

I bought Lobster-type warm gloves for cycling in the Winter. They look to be well made and hopefully will keep my hands warm.
I also bought a special shirt for winter with the quality being excellent.
I will be buying more cycling clothes from Holokolo.

Absolute bunch of cowboys. Deceitful chancers who don't even have the decency to reply to emails. Stay well away, you've no chance of getting a refund or exchange of item if you need to return it to them.

I returned an item that wasn’t the right size. I’ve emailed them and got a couple of responses and now they are just ignoring my emails. They sell great products but Jane a very poor after sales service. Looks like I won’t be getting a refund so I have lost the money I have spent.

Order was not dispatched. Had to chase twice for the items to be sent out. When they arrived, I did not receive the correct water bottle that I ordered. Not an issue though as I luckily quite liked the bottle I received. On the whole, not a great customer journey.

I will never deal with this company again, did not realise they are based in Slovakia. I went on their site in September and ordered three drinks bottles and paid with payPal, only to find hours later they did not have them in stock at all. I then told them to cancel the transaction and got an email confirming it. I then bought the items elsewhere. However found that the payment had not been refunded, I emailed again and again, without a reply, only to find in October they said they are now sending the bottles out !! I contacted them and told them on no account to send what was a cancelled order, but again no reply. So had to start a disputes procedure with payPal to secure my payment back, which I finally got through PayPal in October... BE WARNED

Good service and easy to follow website ordering. Only concern was there was only one option for delivery, DHL at £8.99 which wasn't even next day!! Which pushed an initial competitive price to a non competitive.
