Unfortunately, I gamble on a lot of Casino Sites & Hollywood Bets must be the worst with winnings or excitement. I gambled 7k away in 2 days and it altogether took about 30 minutes. The service I’ve been rendered by Hollywood helpline sucks.I logged a complain on the 30th of October till today I’m still struggling to get any assistance.Their team leader by the name of Bongile promised to revert back to me in 48 hrs of which she never did. I made a payment to Hollywood bets of R1000.00. using the paysharp option and it immediately went off my account. My bank confirmed that the payment was successful, yet I had to send a POP which I didn't mind but was then told of 24-48 hour turn around. Excuse me if the money is off my account and I actually paid for it to reflect immediately are they going to refund me the cost of that transaction. I think not and the consultants need to get proper training around customer service.

Money deposited but now I must wait 24 yo 48 hours I want to play now I have proof of payment and money is off my account. This is not the first time and the help line is not helpful at all.
