Hollywoodbets claim that their games run on a RNG (Random Number Generator), someone needs to investigate this claim. When you are supposed to win the game shuts down or claim that you have no internet connection...this is Bullshit and they get away with it...if this site is governed by the Western Cape gambling board they are just as corrupt.Do not waste your money on this site...it will let you win big once or twice and then they rob your money...How can you deposit thousands and never win? There is nobody to complain to. You can see how the wilds fall onto the board and then the game just shuts you out...or the game glitches...No man this is not fair and they say they are legit...they are a bunch of robbers. Some people might say I am a sore looser,but after depositing thousands and they rob it all without giving you something worth while to cash out is daylight robbery...Let me just explain to you...I catch the feature on hot hot Hollywood (a game with high return to player) three times on a R3 bet and it wants to pay you out under R10...all three times...is that fair...Do you know how many times you need to play a R3 bet to be able to play the feature once? Account Locked Under “Audit” for 4 Months – No Access to My Own Funds
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hollywoodbets.
My account was suspended within minutes of making a deposit, and I was informed that it was placed under an “audit.” I immediately complied with all requests and submitted bank statements, ID documents, and verification photos within the first month.
It has now been over FOUR MONTHS, and my account remains locked. I cannot log in, cannot access my funds, and cannot get a straight answer from anyone.
Despite countless emails, calls, live chats, and social media messages, I receive the exact same copy-and-paste response every single time:
“Your account has been forwarded to the relevant department and we are awaiting feedback.”
There is no direct contact with the audit department, no escalation path, and no accountability. No one can explain why the audit is taking this long or when it will be resolved. Meanwhile, my money is being held hostage with no justification.
This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply concerning for a licensed gambling operator. If an account is under review, customers deserve clear communication, reasonable timelines, and access to their own funds.
At this point, I am left with no option but to escalate the matter to the National Gambling Board and other relevant regulatory bodies.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Hollywoodbets to think carefully—because if your account is flagged, there appears to be no real support or resolution process in place.

Disgusted in the level or service received by customer care agents at hollywood bets.i have called over 2days regarding assistance from technical support team about a issue.

After speaking to multiple agents over numerous phone calls and live chat nobody showed any empathy nor was there any interest of assistance,the level of careless behavior an lack of priority is beyond measure.

After all those phone calls ive been told to send emails which I have done way before calling an no response has been provided after more than 24hours.

Customer service should always be number 1 an there's none of that.

Hollywoodbets is a great company but the attitude an pour interest of assistance is slowly going to have a major negative reflection on the company.

I hope this review gets to a person in a great position to acknowledge and deal with these types of behaviors by some of the advisors.

I would give this site a 0star absolute scam please don't waste your time on this site , no reward in playing.!

Hollywood bets are bad. so bad i would have given them 0stars. they make use of inhuman acts to make players loose all their money. i think all players who loose their money like that,should capture their screen amd post it everywhere for people to see its not only them experiencing this from this site..... hopefully they will het throuroly investigated,but i think when it comes to that part they get tiped off and put thing hw it suppose to for that moment thats why its difficult for them to get caught

I've been emailing calling chatting on the live. They just dont care.

They transfered me money into my app by mistake and I thought okay I won my betting slip I made. Now my account is in a minus and everytime i add money to my hollywood bets account they deduct the money and I can't do anything.

Hi Since Hollywood introduced cash out system it has never been consistent with its customers e.g and these real examples
-You bet 16 teams the first successful teams wins their immediately put up a cash out
-You bet multiple teams(20 to 35) moving ticket and you successfully get 30 to 33 to 34 teams and there is no cash out that's putting more effort and they lock their systems for cash out, That is why all of people are saying Hollywoodbets is a scam
-Their system is very quick for a loosing ticket as compared to confirming a loosing ticket for example,one team looses your ticket becomes quickly red and you get one to up to 10 teams they do not confirm until the eleventh team looses,Why is their systems slow when confirming winning bets as compared very quick when confirming loosing ones, i called multiple times and i was told it is a system generated .thanks

I have been a customer of Hollywood bets for almost 10 years now , but I’m clearly disappointed how they treat their customers,my account was blocked without a warning when I wanted to withdraw my funds and I was told it was under audit.i sent all the required documents they needed and it’s now a month without it being resolved. I have been calling each day and I’m being told the same response there is no feed back from the relevant department.its now tiring how can an account be audited over a month.im truly not satisfied at all.

Hollywood Bets is unfair to its patronage and it was best that I refrain from dealing with unfair practises and will never encourage anyone to open or deal with Hollywood bets.

You should refrain from the word addiction, and stop making recommendations on patfons money or welfare decisions and rather focus on customer service excellence and support and put more effort and listen, yes listen to the customers concern.

This has been a horific experience having dealt with you for decades and I certainly have a problem with Hollywood Bets and how they operate and listen, consider the customers view.

I might as well deal with yojr opposition, whom may treat me more fairly and importantly listen to a customer.

Good day - it is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to note the avoidance of this matter with no action nor correspondence in this regard.

I can safely say that I have total reservations around dealing with Hollywoobets. Total disappointment, to the point toeven closing the account and go with WSB, who are more visible and consistent.

Words cannot display the height of disappointment and the total dissatisfaction after patronising Hollywood Bets for decades.

Shocking to say the least, no true / accurate visibility.

I lose everyday, not even a single day, if i withdraw it's a big mistake i will lose all the money and end up losing all the money i withdrew, so today I'm playing for the last time and im going to close my account permanently.
