Account closed due to ‘duplicate account’ but no previous email and a username I would not have chosen!
Made an account after seeing some positive reviews and a great welcome bonus offer.
I made an account with no issue and deposited £10. After my verification check was complete I started to play. I then get a notification my account has been blocked.
After speaking to live chat they say I had created an account on 02/02/2026. I cannot see anything in my emails prior to today from this company. I told them I do not remember doing this and they would not provide any further information other than there was never any deposit into the other account.
I told them I would have logged into a previous account if I was prompted to and it had flagged whilst creating an account which it did not. Nor did it prior to allowing me to deposit. I have been told I would receive a refund for the £5.52 left as I had started to play with the £10 although a previous adviser earlier on the chat confirmed it would be £10.
Both of my accounts will then be blocked permanently and I do not have the option to ever have an account.
£10 is neither here nor there but I do find this very frustrating.
1 - why can I not see anything in my emails for this date?
2 - why when creating an account did it not say ‘this email/phone number is already registered, please log in’
3 - considering there was no deposit on the previous account confirmed by a support agent(I have also checked my bank and can confirm this) why would I receive a permanent ban as though I have tried to make multiple accounts to cash in on a welcome bonus time after time?
For something that if it was me is a simple mistake this seems unfair.
If I had been told I have an account with this email please log in I probably would have tried to and still deposited even with no welcome bonus as I thought the reviews looked pretty good.
I have seen some other reviews about closed accounts but chose to ignore them, wish I hadn’t!
It’s not about the small amount of money but more the frustration the company should have flagged to me I had an open account or at least try to understand I’ve not done anything to try and scam them!
I am hoping someone will get back to me soon once investigated as I have NO emails from them from the date specified and the username they gave me is also not a name I call myself. I usually use a similar username if not the same for any account I open for anything like this!
I have screen shots of my evidence and am happy to discuss this further. If my review gets removed I shall have to post it again as I am not saying anything untrue and others should be aware.

Ineligible for Welcome Offer AFTER Losing Money
Signed up with the welcome offer for spins. Took my spins, they took my money and waited for 24h. At the 24h mark, I contacted the support team. They assured me that it'd take another hour. An hour later, nothing. So I contacted again. This time they tell me that I am ineligible for the reward due to the house being registered on their system. I've lived here for 20 years. Never signed up before. My wife has never signed up here either.
Very disappointing experience.

Just joined this site today - Don't Touch!!!!
Just joined this site today, and within five minutes I had to contact support to make a deposit which should have set off alarm bells.
Next, the 100 free spins they offer do not appear. You have to wait 24 hours, so at this point I cannot confirm if they do appear, but four hours later it isn't looking good.
Be careful, and there are many better sites out there. I won't be using these again.
