Absolute scam – Limited my account immediately after depositing!
Do not trust Hollywoodbets UK. I deposited £250 into my account, but as soon as I tried to place my bets, they immediately restricted and limited my account. I am now completely unable to place normal wagers and am restricted to micro-bets worth pennies. They took my deposit instantly but refuse to let me actually use the platform to bet. This feels highly predatory. Avoid this bookmaker at all costs if you expect fair treatment and want to keep control of your own money

TitleDisgusting behavior – Voided £962 in winnings after allowing deposits over my limit
I am writing this to warn everyone about Hollywoodbets. I made 72 bets over two months, exclusively on US racing. In my first month, I lost my money. I had a monthly deposit limit of £800. In the second month, they allowed me to keep depositing way past my limits (deposits of £250, £260, £300, £250, £260, etc.).When my balance dropped to £150, I started to win. I successfully withdrew £600, £700, and £900, which they approved. However, as soon as I was up, they permanently closed my account and confiscated my remaining balance of £962!They sent an email claiming they cancelled all my placed bets and are only returning my deposit. This is completely illegal under UKGC rules. You cannot accept my losses, let me bypass deposit safety limits, and then retroactively cancel my bets the moment I win. They are using "additional verification" as an excuse to steal £962. I did absolutely nothing wrong. Avoid this bookmaker at all costs—they will rob you if you win!

Rewards for reviews?
They offered me a reward in exchange for a trust pilot review - which i believe breaks trust pilots T&Cs
They then closed my account when i raised this - and refused to honour my free spins that i had won....breaking UK gambling regulations, so i have had to raise a case with IBAS to try and resolve this.

Account closed and 1000 withdrawal withheld after making a profit
I am writing this review to warn others about the unfair treatment I experienced with Hollywoodbets. Over three days, I made three separate deposits. On day one, I deposited 300 and lost it. On day two, I deposited another 300 and lost that as well. On day three, I made a final deposit of 150.With my remaining balance, I successfully won and brought my total balance up to 1081. I immediately requested a legitimate withdrawal of 1000. Instead of processing my payout, Hollywoodbets completely closed my account and has withheld my money without sending a single cent or giving me an explanation. It is completely unacceptable to accept hundreds in losses without issue, but then ban a player and freeze their funds the moment they win and try to withdraw. I demand that customer service contacts me immediately to release my 1000 withdrawal and explain why my account was terminated.
