If it was possible to leave no stars I would.
Condition of clogs I received is shocking ,they are creased ,poor quality ,no detail stitching on top or sole.
The smell of cheap rubber from the soles is terrible
I sent two emails and still no returns address,as they were made in China ,(which I didn't know) the cost of returning them would probably be more than I paid .
I have even left a message on the Facebook page but I can't see me getting a response from that .Please do not buy from them

As per their own Terms and Conditions I tried to cancel my order within the 1st hour to then receive an email stating the order had been processed but they could change the colour if I wanted!! how does that work? order has obviously not been processed.
I've seen the same item alot cheaper on other sites which I assume are sister sites.
On arrival the item is very poor quality and not actually linen, I have now emailed 3 times as per their terms and conditions for a refund and have heard nothing.
I also wish I had seen these reviews before ordering and will be adding this to social media to warn others.

Must be a scam company how are they still trading???

Contacted CAB to get advice before contacting trading standards but as the company is in china no luck to even report them… what a joke…

The toptook ages to arrive and when received was sooooo disappointing being of cheap made made materials not my style at all. On line top looked really good styleand quality. I would not buy from the company again

This Company is a scam. The delivery takes long and what arrives is cheap clothing no tags etc. Nothing like the clothes on the website. Badly printed. Not knitted but polyester. Don't try get a refund because they say ship it back at your cost to China and you will be lucky to get a refund. Threw away 60 quid.

Ruefully adding my voice to the number of people who failed to check out this scam company before purchasing the cat jumper. AVOID!

Holloway York is definitely a scam.. do not purchase. 5 weeks after ordering, parcel arrived today, S sized bag contained, XL sized garment. No labels on garment at all, no return label inside bag, cheap polyester printed material.
£36 down the drain!!!

This must be a scam, ordered lovely shoes - first had email to say delay, then email to say choose another colour. I replied with I do not want another colour but a refund. Their reply - refund not possible!!!🤬

Like everyone else I fell for the cat jumper - complete rip off. Although they claim to be from London these are Chinese drop shippers. Trying to get my money back on CC now - their return conditions are impossible to meet to get a refund from them

As with previous reviewers wish I had read previous comments. The jumper I received was a cheap 100% polyester top as opposed to the wool/cotton mix advertised. Wish I had read these review before I purchased the cat jumper, which does appear to be very popular, as I like knitted garments, I received the same printed sweatshirt that others reviews received. Taken in by their professional looking website.

Another unhappy cat jumper customer here to add to the growing list. 40 quid for a cheap, horrible printed sweatshirt that is nothing like the embroidered cat jumper they advertise. I smelled a rat when the emails concerning shipping started appearing with excuses for wrong labels, sent back for repackaging etc. and all this happening at a Chinese distribution centre. They’ve ignored all my replies and I can see from other reviews that I’ll just have to chalk this up as ‘Lesson learnt’. In future I will always check reviews before buying anything from a social media advertising link. As for the scammer, I hope you can feed your family for a week with my £40.

Same experience as previous reviewers. Ordered a nice looking cat jumper only to receive a low quality, odd shaped top very poorly printed top which wasn't anything like the thing in the sales photograph.

Offered to return to their shop in York, but said it would need to be returned to China where it would be subject to import duties.

Basically the shop in York doesn't exist. Holloway "York" is a fraudulent business!

Like others here, my gf ordered the patchwork cat jumper from Holloway York, the supposed “family run boutique company” based in the UK. What arrived was nothing remotely close to the advertised embroidered wool jumper, but rather a terrible polyester sweat sack from China. This thing would likely be a danger to life if you were to stand close to a naked flame whilst wearing it. The 30-day postage-free refund is not exactly as advertised either - they give you a choice of a few quid refund and you get to keep it, presumably to scare the kids with, or you can return it to China at your own expense and risk. Eventually they just stop responding to emails altogether. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Avoid!!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they scam you and don’t give you a refund they don’t even reply to your emails after a few weeks of trying to get a refund all they offer me is return the item to china I pay for shipping cost then for like 10% refund when it’s back if they even get the item back to china. Fake advertisement scammers and not helpful at all Peter Holloway is the guy in charge.

Report the adverts as many times you can to stop other people getting scammed.

Avoid at all costs. Zero star review. I too thought what an unusual cat jumper, something eye catching and different. Got taken in by it, ordered and then read the reviews - tried to cancel the order immediately - assured of high quality product and that I would be pleased. Refund policy non existent - theft is an understatement. The site needs taking down , the trouble is they will trade again under a different name.

This is a scam. I purchased a jumper described as heavy knitted with patchwork stitching to embroider a cats face, the one I received was a print on a sweatshirt and very poor quality. When you try to return it, they offer a 20% discount or you can return to China at your cost and risk of loss and damage….they have you over a barrel before they deliver it outside your cooling off period. The Facebook page describes them as a UK company based in York but they are not.

This company, shows photos of a shop in York but there isn't one, its purely SP/Shopify online sale. The jumper arrived after 14 days and is definitely not as described and is cheap rubbish from china, appalling quality. Returns are to china at customer expense with threats of customs charges, despite website claims of no hassle free returns. Contacted bank and did charge back successfully. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM its a scam !

We also fell into this by buying the lovely cat jumper which turned out to be total tat from China. Equally you are expected to return it to China and then they will consider funding your money. Absolute scam. The site needs taking down.
