I ordered tray with delivery
I ordered tray with delivery, which the website allowed, but then was offered the option of click and collect but this was not local enough. Finally I paid extra to get it delivered. It cost me almost double the original price. I'll get over it I suppose!

Excellent quality, excellent prices, excellent customer service
I bought some pots recently for my tomatoes and they were such fantastic quality that I actually went back and ordered more. Excellent, thick plastic and really sturdy.
I ordered worm castings (excellent) and perlite (also excellent).
There was a slight delay so Mike very kindly but totally unnecessarily gave me a partial refund.
I couldn't recommend them more, so friendly and helpful, and the quality is fab.

Still waiting on delivery
Still waiting on delivery , you may want to change from dpd to someone else what a carry on I've had , driver was outside my house but drove away after searching his van then later I got a QR code saying was in a locker which was miles away only to find out it wasn't even there. Raging

Trustworthy and Reliable
I don’t normally give stars for arrived on time. I have bought these items from Holland Horticulture before. As usual, same high standards, reliable service and delivered as expected.

Stay away
Sent 4 emails trying to solve the case with a very bad order and so far no response at all. I've bought 4 products and 2 of them have been opened and used, 1 unopened and unused and one damaged. Will never buy from them.

I was very pleased to find a supplier who could supply the spare parts that I needed to be able to repair my Airpots otherwise they would have had to be scrapped so I am now able to reuse them as I don’t think I would have gone to the expense of replacing them. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround and are now added to my go to supplier list

More than HAPPY ordered 3 items 2 was advanced nutrients products 1 was a rino ec fan controller. Also because i couldn't get the cable up on there website to purchase as well the man said he throw it in with my order. First time buying from this shop and get a freebie and delived in 2 days forget 5 stars more like 10 STARS proper people

Exceptional Customer Service
I initially received a faulty unit, but Holland Horticulture immediately sent me a new one and arranged to collect the faulty one. All completed within 24 hours! Superb customer service!

Brilliant delivery
Brilliant! Ordered on Friday 9th around 3pm, arrived before 11 on Monday morning.
Exactly as ordered, well packed, polite delivery person. Was concerned about the higher postage (£6.95), but it was definitely worth it to have it arrive safely. Would recommend & use again
