I recently stayed at this property. The booking process was straightforward and convenient, which I really appreciated. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the house could have been better, and there were some issues with the carpet and pet hair. Additionally, the second key I received was actually the wrong one, and there was no proper spare key for the apartment. I’m not sure if it was lost or simply unavailable, but it gave me a sense of insecurity during my stay.

My experience with Holland2Stay has been nothing short of excellent! The rental process was smooth and stress-free, and the apartment matched the photos perfectly. It was spotless on arrival and thoughtfully furnished to feel like home right away.

Anytime I had a question or needed maintenance, their team responded quickly and professionally through the portal. With fair pricing and outstanding service, Holland2Stay truly stands out — I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

The rental process and paperwork were handled very smoothly, and the staff were fast and responsive before my check-in. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the condition after the first check-in. The apartment was delivered dirty, unhygienic, and unprepared: sticky floors, greasy kitchen, damp smell, and filthy sofa, bed, mattress, and curtains. The sofa and bed were infested with ants and silverfish, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the shower drain was blocked. The oven and refrigerator smelled disgusting, several advertised items were missing, and even the TV was cracked.

This property was handed over in an unacceptable state, far from what was advertised, and tenants deserve to be warned.

The studios are compact but come with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. They’re very centrally located, so you can easily reach everything on foot or by bike. There’s also a shared washing machine and dryer available for residents.

Although it can sometimes be tricky to get in touch, the team responds quickly and efficiently once you reach them. It would be helpful if the floor plans matched the actual rental space, as this would make it easier to prepare for your arrival and plan what fits in the room.

I had a good experience with Holland2Stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as advertised. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the staff was clear. However, the rent is a bit high compared to similar places, and sometimes the response time for emails could be faster. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it for newcomers in the Netherlands.

The booking process is really fast. Though there’re some things which is used, overall the place is new and tidy.

I moved into The Ridge on the official start date of my rental contract, only to find the apartment in a completely uncleaned and unprepared state. The floors were sticky and smelled unpleasant, the kitchen was covered in layers of grease, and the air was damp. Most disturbing was the bed and mattress, where I found silverfish of all sizes and colors crawling across the surface—big, small, fast-moving ones everywhere, even on the sofa. It was a shocking and unhygienic sight, made worse by the fact that the bathroom door shown on the official floor plan simply doesn’t exist, allowing constant humidity to spread into the bedroom and attract pests.

I reported everything immediately, including photo and video evidence, but Holland2Stay responded with dismissive explanations blaming the issue on ventilation. Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of more than a week, no proper action has been taken, and I am still unable to move in. Meanwhile, rent is being charged as if the apartment were ready. The lack of accountability, poor quality control, and absence of real support have made this an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. This has been the most frustrating, exhausting, and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly urge future tenants to be cautious when choosing Holland2Stay.

If you're self-employed don't even bother to book a viewing, it's a serious waste of time. You can earn even 1500€ more that they require and still you have zero chances because you're not trustworthy for them :) 100% don't recommend

The only problem I've had it was about service request and ask for support which sometimes took along. I loved the apartment I've rented. It has a good quality of kitchen appliance and clean bathroom, plus beautiful views from two sides canal and small front yard. I made a great memory there ;) wish the same for the next tenants!

Holland 2 Stay is een onbetrouwbare verhuurder. Ze komt nooit haar afspraken na. Huur asjeblieft niet van H2S.

Ik was benieuwd hoeveel het kost om bij hun een appartement te huren in Rijswijk, waarvan het gebouw net is gerenoveerd. En het blijkt dat je voor 63m2 op de 5e etage, exclusief service kosten en meubilering, rond de 1500 per maand betaalt. Ik woon letterlijk aan de overkant ook in een nieuwbouw op de 15e etage met 103 m2 waar ik maar 1460 per maand betaal incl servicekosten. Wees vooral niet te naief, en ga hier absoluut niet wonen!

I have moved to Vleutenseweg at the end of August. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good but more importantly the apartment and the whole building is nice.

Great communication from start to finish, and the place is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Holland2Stay for anyone looking for good housing at good rates :)
