I bought a couple of things from holistic habitat. I noticed that it said it had shipped and I waited about 7 days. We are only a couple of states from each other. So I think On the tenth day, it still hadn't come.
So I emailed them. It's still set in had shipped so I emailed them again
I didn't hear from them so I waited 2 days. Email them again. No reply I called Nobody answered the phone horrible customer service. So I emailed them again and no answer I
called again So now it's been about 2 weeks I haven't heard from them. Stopped emailing and I just kept trying to call on the phone and we're in the same time zone. So I've tried at 10 at night. I tried at 9 in the morning. just kept getting a machine. So finally I called my bank within 3 days my money was back in my account. I've never had this happen before to me. I've been shopping on the internet for Fifteen year I learned my lesson to check reviews and check the Better Business Bureau.My advice is to also do this yourself.And not shop at Holistic habitat.

This company is beyond unprofessional. They falsely state you can get in touch with a real human and you NEVER can. I submitted multiple emails and voice mails requesting answers to questions and no one ever responded in nearly 2 weeks time. I’m filing with the better business bureau in addition to this review.

No communication, never received item, when I reached out for 3 months I was told different dates for arrival. I requested a refund. They told me they refunded me. There was no evidence of a refund. I had to dispute the purchase.

Hate to do this but terrible! I placed an order I never received and they are currently billing me for it! Reached out via txt and email .. got absolutely no response from them. I am forced to stop payment on this item and have mo plans to shop with them agaiin.

I used to purchase from here over the years then I realized alot of their items are available elsewhere for much much cheaper. They are riping people off. 1 example is a rug that is found on Home Depot website for 400 and they are selling the same exact rug and size rug for over 1000$$!!. I wrote a nicely concerned comment on their Instagram and they deleted and blocked me. So much for a "socially conscious " company that they claim to be.

This company prides itself on "caring for its employees" while using that as an excuse to offer slow, and confusing service to the customers that actually buy the products.

I spent over $150 on 3/31/2023 then got an email saying "Thank you for your patience, we don't want to overwork our employees so we are slower then amazon, thank you for understanding."

As a Female business owner this is BEYOND Ridiculous way to run a company. WAKE UP! It's not about your employees, it's about your customers, that is who pays your employees! Not to mention this mind sets just sets the bar so low, like humans are incapable of timely service which is not the case.

Humans are limitless. When they never shipped my items after the 7 days, I emailed them telling them to cancel. They replied with an automated message, we are all off for the Holiday of easter (I emailed them the Friday before on the 7th at 9am!

They replied this Monday the 10th without addressing my slow concerns or the fact that their inability to pack an order in a timely fashion and said, looks like we are getting yours ready today.

I explained how I was going to notify the public of their crap business running decisions then they cancelled my order without an email back to me. Avoidant, unkind and very very weak in terms of being able to face a customer that is requesting answers to their untimely service and excuses as to why.

Basically, they think their employees are incapable of moving fast, incapable to ship in a timely matter and they label this as kindness to their employees. I dont shop with these Woke companies and I am SO happy they cancelled my order!

My money goes to companies that know their beauty, know how powerful they are and serve their customers in a timely fashion.
