A big thanks to holidayme for an excellent holidaytrip. I opted their package to ARMENIA during the national day holidays. The hotels were good and the service was excellent. The local tour guide (JACOB) deserves a standing ovation as he was really energetic, entertaining and humble by all means. Also, holidayme representatives (Hardik and Elizabeth) were very good as they were constantly making sure the guests were comfortable during the entire trip.

Bought the package for Armenia (from Dubai).. I’d say it was the best I could get for the Price I paid.. offcourse better than Musafir.. Best hotels, service and their team.. we’d like to travel everytime with Holiday me.. all thanks to Hakob, Srbuhy and Hardik.. you guys are the best.. we love you guys!!

I feel it was a short and sweet package. Whatever best possible in the shortest time, the HolidayMe has arranged. Hotels and coordination were good. Private drivers were excellent. I would like to mention two drivers Mr. Chacko in Guduri and Mr. Alex in Tiblisi. Both were learned and excellent people. I recommend HolidayMe for such trips.

It was my first time travel through holiday me, and undoubtedly it all went really good. A special thanks to hardik Jain and armenian friend hakob(Jacob) they never let us feel any inconveniencey.

One of the worst experiences, it was really bad. No one informed us about the evisa to arrange before so wasted 3 hrs standing at the airport, then the food included in the package was the worst, quality of food so poor. Tour guide in Baku were so considerate and good that they arranged free meal for us. Holidayme is the worst ever to deal with, really really poor. Groups were not organized properly, some people with really young kids, crying and stopping the bus every where. Just pathetic.

One of the worst experiences, highly highly disappointing from holiday me Dubai, flame tours in Azerbaijan were amazing so helpful especially Ershad helped us so much in everything, holiday me Dubai team had programmed it worst, food was highly disappointing as holiday me asked local team to only give chicken and rice, then flame tours had arranged everything for us. This was the worst holiday me could do.

Tried reaching a customer service representative called Mr. Eslam and he was unavailable. Spoke to a guy named Mohammed Hamdi and asked if Srilanka visa for Indians is a visa on arrival and he asked me to call embassy first as he is not sure about such information. Mr. Sahil is helpful on call but awaiting to get connected to Mr. Eslam. Expecting a better customer servicing from such a reputed company and basic information knowledge in employees.

SHAME ON YOU HOLIDAY ME!

Yeah you ask for my contact details??? Yeah contact me again and ask me for the second time of booking payment and I paid again. Then after few days again you cancelled the whole booking again??? What a kind of business you are doing with your clients??? I JUST WASTED MY TIME WITH YOU!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK AND RECOMMEND YOU CHEAP SERVICE AGAIN!!!

I am booking a hotel from holidayme as per the price posted on there site. From booking process to payment all are done. After few minutes they called me and cancelled my booking as they say that it is a wrong rate. They just cancelled my booking without any option or help to resolve my problem.

Went for a 5 days and 4 nights trip at Georgia. We booked everything in holidayme from flight tickets, hotel accommodation and tours. The issue that we had with HolidayMe was the logistics and communication.
Our flight time on the ticket was on Nov. 8, 2019 at 12:15 am. When we were at the airport waiting for our flight, flydubai informed us that our flight was rescheduled on Nov. 8,2019 at 12:20 pm. According to flydubai, they have sent a notice about the change of flight schedule since September 5, 2019 to holidayme. Holidayme did not even inform us about the change. So we were stuck inside the airport for atleast 12 hours. We called the hotline of holidayme and after an hour of trying to contact them, the person who answered has got the best response to us. He said that he was not the concerned personnel for that situation and just try to call them again in the morning at 9:00 am. At 9:30 am we called them and the person who was responsible for our concern is coming at around 10:00 am. We got in touch with him past 10:00 am and the response that we got was we cant give you any information now but will keep you updated the next day. Not even an apology was said during that time. In addition, nobody picked us up from the hotel to the airport when we were coming back to dubai. We had to take the taxi that time.
As of today November 16, 2019, still no update from them. Not even a single call. Tried sending an email and you get an automatic response stating a ticket number of your complain.

Holidayme is ok when everything goes right. If you experienced some issues, dont expect them to be there for you.

holidayme WAS MY WORST CHOICE EVER

Details :

I have booked hotel in Maldives through company 'holidayme' .

I have paid , and I have got confirmation email from holidayme that my reservation is confirmed and I got reference number .

When I arrived to Maldives , I found that THERE IS NO RESERVATION !!!!!

'Holidayme' customer care could not solve my problem . We have suffered a lot in airport , no internet , bathroom , and we were so tired because of their irresponsibility

because of holidayme irresponsibility , our trip was completely spoiled

Seriously I never had this experience with any company in my life

سوأ تجربة في حياتي كانت بسبب هذه الشركة .

قمت بالحجز في فندق في المالديف عن طريق شركة holidayme 'هوليداي مي'

وصلني ايميل من شركة holidayme 'هوليداي مي' انه حجزي في الفندق تاكد ، واخذو مني المبلغ المالي مقابل الحجز وبعثولي رقم الحجز وتاكيد الحجز

ولما وصلت للبلد الي حجزت فيه الفندق ، تفاجات انه ما الي اي حجز في الفندق بسبب اهمال شركة holidayme 'هوليداي مي' ، والفندق اخبرني انه ما في اي حجز باسمي ورفضو وجودي في الفندق ،بسبب انه الفندق في وقت وصولي كان محجوز بالكامل ،ومعظم الفنادق كانت محجوزة

تواصلت مع شركة holidayme 'هوليداي مي' ، اعترفو بخطاهم ولكن ما وفرولي اي حل للمشكلة ، وما وفرولي اي فندق بديل بنفس مستوى الفندق الذي حجزت فيه عن طريقهم ، وقضيت وقت طويل في المطار وكان وقت صعب جدا علي وعلى عائلتي

اضطررت احجز اي فندق بنفسي ، ومررت انا وعائلتي بوقت صعب بسبب اهمال هذه الشركة

بصدق ما بنصحكم بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة ، لانها اسوأ تجربة بحياتي

We really had a great time! Zuzana and the other guys made sure that everythin was all set and she made sure that we had everything we needed. It was my first time to travel and holidayme did not fail the expectations i had for this trip. The guide was awesome and even the guy who welcomed us aboard. Thumbs up once again for the amazing experience. Hope to see the beauty of other places once again through holidayme!

I had 5N4D package to Georgia. Stayed at Tbilisi Park hotel - compact, budget hotel located and in good location with access to metro, restaurants for different nationalities. Our trip to Bourjami and Vardzia was scheduled for 9 hrs but we may need more than 12 hrs to enjoy. We started at 0945, but I feel we may need to start atleast by 0800 hrs to complete and return by 2000 hrs.It was suggested to visit in Dec-Mar winter season to enjoy the snow.

Ms.Shereen Zaky helped me to plan our Armenia trip on a short notice. She helped us with all the permutations combinations and provided us various options with different hotels, tours and revised the plan for us for every requested changes. The trip was planned well. The hotel was at a wonderful location and airport pick up drop was all on time with very friendly people. Thank you holidayme.. Will surely plan the next trip with you!

I had a wonderful time without any hustle until my return from my trip . I visited Paris , Lucerne, Milan , Venice and Rome . All the hotels were nice and prompt response where we travelled . Sherin the coordinator was prompt and opted best package for us . All together I had a wonderful experience with holiday me . This is was my second trip after Armenia . Everytime they get better and better with service . Always keep up the service and respond on time . Altogether I had a wonderful time with family on this trip .

We decided a last minute trip to Armenia for a quick break and approached holiday me and within 2 days to trip everything was arranged and special thanks to Ms.Shereen Zaky. She understood every bit of our need from budget, hotel, sites, travel dates and gave the best possible in last minute. This is my first try with them and was recommended by a friend to me and i would certainly recommend them.
