Do NOT order from this company - they are fraudsters

I ordered a Dyson AirStrait for my wife for Christmas. It was meant to be an extra special gift but when she opened it, the plug was an EU plug. Dyson specifically say you must not use EU plugs in the UK as it invalidates to the warranty.

I asked for a refund or replacement. They originally said I needed to go and buy an adaptor but firstly that’s not what I brought and secondly when I did twice, it just fused them. So then they promised a replacement. After a month of chasing (being promised it arrive each week), one finally showed up. guess what - another EU plug.

I asked for a refund. It took a while but eventually they agreed to, provided I sent the product back first, paid for shipping myself and took my original review down. How many people do you think have taken a review down against this company to get their money back? I’ve done as he asked and he told me the refund would be with me in 2-3 days. 2-3 days later and nothing. He’s now told me to make a claim against my bank. So I’m out my money, plus £30 for adaptors and shipping, and the product, and my wife still doesn’t have a Christmas present. DO NOT ORDER from these fraudsters. They have no contact number and just a PO Box address. The owner of the company appears to be a 22 year old guy just scamming everyone. I’ve spoken to their office service and apparently they’ve been cut off as they haven’t paid the fees due.

This site is a scam! Avoid!

I tried cancelling my order before it had been shipped as it wasn’t going to arrive before Christmas. Received an instant response from them saying it was too late to cancel as the item was on its way, even though the shipping number provided showed as not received by Royal Mail yet.

Had to order another Dyson Airstrait from Curry’s in the end.

When I finally received the ‘Dyson’ Airstrait that I ordered, the box was battered, previously opened and contained a fake knockoff with a European plug.

As I had the actual version of the Dyson Airstrait to compare, it was evident that the one from Holiday Century was fake as the logo was stencilled differently and the overall quality was noticeably different.

Sent an email complaint this time and…. No response since.

Currently disputing with Clearpay, as this was the only method of payment!

It’s a scam and they’re using Clearpay as an intermediary as Clearpay will only refund if the seller if they approve of the refund!

Do not buy!

I’ve tried to return my product as the plug is not comparable and they refuse to refund me. I’m within my 30 days to exchange as per their return policy.

This company sells counterfits with poor quality. I’ve had my device authenticated.
