This was a heartbreaking experience for both my daughter and me. On the first day of camp, she was bullied by older kids, and the staff refused to show me where she’d be spending her day, saying "adults aren’t allowed." My daughter came home upset and said she no longer wants to go to school.

When I requested a refund, they claimed there was a mistake with the booking and instead charged us more — with no empathy or understanding.

This camp felt more like a **money-driven business** than a safe, caring place for children. As a mother trying to give her child a positive summer experience, I was left shocked and deeply disappointed. I would **not recommend** this place to any parent.

The children (7&9) had a fantastic time. Very well organised and plenty for the children to have fun with.

My children have done Forest School summer camps at Holiday Academy for the past 2 summers. They love going because of the freedom, and the teachers are excellent and caring.

The forest school was amazing. My daughter loved it. The staff were lovely and the management were incredibly accommodating.
I would recommend it to every one - the only reason I wouldn’t is because it would be full and my daughter would be gutted if she couldn’t go back!

We would give the holiday academy 6 stars if we could. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and down to earth, they really make the children and parents feel at home. The academy is brilliantly organised with super fun activities for the children. Our son has been twice now and is already signed up for Easter. He really loves it and so do we. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to any other parents. 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
