honestly felt like I had to share my experience with Holdinet.

I had this idea in my head of the perfect software for my restaurant — something that could handle orders, stock, accounting, reservations, customer presentation, and basically reduce as many daily tasks as possible.

Holdinet.com took that idea and actually turned it into reality. They built a custom software specifically for my restaurant, connected directly to my stock, helping me manage orders much more efficiently and making my accounting and tax reporting on turnover much easier as well.

What I really like is that everything is simple to use. The dashboards are clear, the menu is easy to understand, and they even integrated AI to automate and simplify different tasks.

My first clients are already happy with it, and honestly, so am I. It has made managing the restaurant much easier and saves me a lot of time.

Ils ont développé pour mon établissement, une application mobile ainsi qu’un logiciel interne pour gérer les réservations, avec en plus un service client entièrement optimisé par l’intelligence artificielle, disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7 pour répondre à nos clients.

Au départ, j’avais quelques appréhensions à l’idée de confier une partie de la gestion à une IA. Finalement, après avoir vu les résultats, je peux dire que je suis entièrement convaincu. Le gain de temps est impressionnant, le service est efficace et mes clients obtiennent des réponses à toute heure.

J'avais besoin d'un logiciel sur mesure et ils ont réussi à coller à ce que je désirais. Ils ont été à l'écoute du début à la fin du projet et répondu à toutes mes interrogations.
Le projet a été livré dans le délai imparti et sans mauvaise surprise. De plus, il y a 3 mois de suivi et de formation inclus, ce qui est appréciable pour la prise en main du logiciel.
J'utilise mon logiciel tous les jours et je suis content du resultat.
