Extremely pleased with the service that I received. From ordering, to receiving my purchase, was great. The price was fair and they have plenty of choices available. I was notified with updates and very pleased with my item....yet to be started. Will definitely buy more!

I bought 28 balls of Drops cotton/merino wool from Hobby Jobby and was disappointed to find a number of knots in some of the balls necessitating pulling back my work and wasting yarn. Hobby Jobby,although apologetic, were unable to take any responsibility for this suggesting I approach Drops directly. It is my understanding that the retailer is responsible to the customer for a faulty item. I shall not be buying from Hobby Jobby in future.

There is a good selection of yarns on this website. I quickly found what I was looking for. Great indexing, the individual yarn came up straight on google search. The dispatch and delivery were prompt and quick. Very happy with the service.
