Hannah was outstanding she promptly replied to all my questions and made the house purchase very simple despite changing terms and conditions from the seller & their solicitors

Hannah, Nicola and the team have been superb through a long and on/off house sale. Having previously used them for a quick and simple house purchase they really went the extra mile this time. Always available to talk through issues and provide pragmatic solutions they were easy to deal with and really professional. The systems were easy to use and I always got a quick response.

Good, fast and reasonably priced solicitors. Highly recommended

Very good service. I would recommend and use again.

Wonderful and efficient service. Grace answered all my queries rapidly and in detail. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

I chose Hannah's firm after being recommended by a friend. They were very competitive on pricing and, having gone through a very expensive divorce, cost was important to me. My house sale was the last piece of the divorce jigsaw, which had been extremely stressful and Hannah's team very competently handled the sale up until the date of completion, however this is where they fell short. No funds from the sale appeared and there was no communication from Hannah's team about what was happening. I had to keep chasing for an update and was given very sketchy, limited information about what was happening, other than that it was a problem with the Bank. Funds finally appeared after 4 days of me chasing and demanding to know what was happening. No-one contacted me to tell me funds had been transferred, or to apologise for the delay until a couple of days later. It is such a shame my experience with them ended this way, as up until completion, I had been very happy with my experience.

Amazing service, great staff who are proactive, easily contactable and very approachable. First class service.

HMD Legal - and more specifically Grace Braim and her team are amazing! This is a wonderfully modern & refreshing way of legal firms doing business. When selling and buying houses recently they kept us informed at every stage via web portal, telephone and email. Any questions we had were always answered quickly and we had a clear idea of what was happening & when. Moving is a stressful business but Grace made it as easy as possible for us. HMD take away the usual ‘smoke & mirrors’ of conveyancing - they are open & honest & understand that they are dealing with people’s lives. Wholeheartedly recommend HMD & would definitely use them again! Thank you!

Nicola and Donna, did an outstanding job of arranging the sale of our house. They provide us with an update of how the work was progressing. When we had a query it was answered promptly. Definitely a company we would recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Hannah and her team very competently handled my house purchase. I fully recommend HMD and would happily use again.

FTB they did everything efficiently and put my mind at ease.

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I would highly recommend them.

Thanks again for all the hard work you put in

Tia and Dagmara were very professional throughout the course of the sell of my property. The process turned out to be quite protracted and stressful due to the leasehold arrangements of my property - but Tia and Dagmara kept me informed throughout the process. The completion process, when we got there, turned out to be quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Hmd Legal to anyone considering selling their property.

Tia and Dagmara were fantastic and kept us informed of every stage. It was fairly straightforward in terms of the sale but we had to do some of the work when it came to some of the actions that fell out of the survey, I.e sign off for an extension which I had to complete. Nevertheless very competent and very competitive in terms of pricing.

HMD Legal were great to work with. I required a quick turn around of just 20 working days to complete. They completed it with no fuss at all. The online system you have access to gives you great visibility of where your case is, there is no constant phoning your solicitor or feeling unsure of the progress of your case. Cost wise I found them very competitive within the market which was great as well. The no fuss approach was most appealing to me, they work at speed too. I would say communication is great and better than most solicitors I've worked with in the past but can occasionally be a little slower than I would have liked. But having the online website and app access meant you can check your case progress anytime anywhere. Definitely recommend HMD Legal for anyone who needs to complete in a short time period.

Nicola Peacock my case handler and the whole team were great. Mine was a difficult sale for various unexpected reasons but they took them in their stride. Clearly highly competent and professional and on top of the intricacies. There could be a little better handing over between the team for holidays but that only had a very minor impact which doesn't affect the overall rating.

Great experience with Hannah, Simay and the whole team at HMD. My sale and purchase were expertly handled. The transactions went through quickly and I was kept up to date throughout. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my conveyancing in future

I had a fantastic experience with this firm. From start to finish, their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail really stood out. Even though they’re a newer and smaller firm, they handled everything with the confidence and care of a long-established practice. I felt well supported throughout the process and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient legal support. Thank you again — it was a pleasure working with you!

Made the whole process of buying our first house simple, scarily quick! Quick to come back when we had any questions and professional. No faff. will 💯 use again in the future. Thankyou

The HMD legal team managed to complete my sale in just eight weeks! With lots of complexities uncovered through the process, this was a huge effort and I’m really grateful to the team. The cost was also significantly lower than I have paid on previous house sales so amazing value for money.

What a fantastic service, I had a bit of a rough ride buying my house but chose to stick with HMD for the whole process, they are efficient, keep you up to date with every step and was on hand all the time for my queries.

Hannah, Simay, and Nicola were just amazing and I can’t thank them enough!

We are now in our dream house and the process was so quick 8 weeks from my mortgage application to completion! Thank you ⭐️
