Hito Physiotherapy followed me on my long healing journey due on a lesion on my Achilles tendon. It’s approach is amazing cause it’s not only practical but also holistic, so it works on the energetic part of the issue. I found it really helpful and professional. Absolutely recommended!

Really amazing experience with Alessio
Really amazing experience with Alessio! I found him when I had already been suffering from chronic pain for many months. The energy healing sessions have really helped, not only with the pain, but also coping with the underlying traumas that led to my illnesses.

Holistic and mindful Physiotherepy …
I have been seeing Alessio regularly since November 2020, due to tight painful muscles in my lower back and hip that made walking difficult . This had been an increasingly painful condition that had developed over the previous 8 months. Alessio is extremely focused and knowledgeable in his assessment, treatment and approach. I have experienced dramatic improvements in my mobility and a diagnosis that I can work with. The care includes a thorough physical assessment with a structured exercise programme to follow through at home. I would highly recommend his skills and knowledge combined with a considerate and holistic approach.

Excellent physiotherapist
Excellent physiotherapist. Made such a difference after I had a lot of pain in my knees. Was worried that I would need surgery, but reassuringly found that it was therapy and advise on correct exercises that I required!
