Hitch order
I am happy with the order process and delivery time but one thing I would like to bring up. I had found the same hitch in different website (part engine) and price is about $30 dollars lower as soon as I placed my order with Hitchweb. I contacted Hitchweb and see if I can get a price match. Unfortunately, they told me I need to get a price match before I placed my order. I am a bit upset since I just placed my order. I hope Hitchweb can be flexible on this price match policy or keep their price more competitive to others.

Great prices, quick delivery
Ordered a Draw-Tite hitch for my 2016 Mazda 3 in order to mount a bike rack. The hitch arrived so fast it surprised me (next day). The Price was good, free shipping. The hitch was easily installed by one person without any jacks/lifts required.
I would order from Hitchweb again.

It’s a hitch
It’s a hitch. Nothing special. Delivery was really quick.
Directions that came with it we’re not even close to the vehicle I bought it for. They were for a 2016 Kia Sorento. So I had to do a little digging to make sure it was the right one for my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe.
It was & it fit good.

Great that there is a Canadian option for ordering these kinds of parts online. And with competitive pricing, too. The 3 parts I ordered came in 3 separate shipments, which I found a little odd, but all arrived quickly. Overall, ordering was quick and easy.

I ordered the frame mounted tie down…
I ordered the frame mounted tie down receivers & turnbuckles. All parts ordered arrived very quickly. The system was easy to install. Although I haven't picked up my camper yet I am very satisfied with Torklift & their products, their products are high quality. You won't be disappointed with any of their products based on what I purchased.
