The interface was user friendly and had no issues with navigation. Being able to customize our images and add our own touches to the website made it so fun to use. Our friends and family loved it - definitely a different experience than your typical registries from retailers.

We wanted a modern cool look, something simple to use and easy for us to make our own style & Hitchd was perfect. Also all the payment options for our guests and the ability to choose to absorb credit card fees which we did. Very happy.

Beautiful site that genuinely surprised people! Helps them feel more engaged in both supporting us and crafting our honeymoon.

The only negative feedback I received was that some people who are gifting higher amounts with a credit card don't want to have their gift deducted by the Stripe fee. I know that they can cover that, or we can. If Hitchd were able to cover that in a certain plan, that would be awesome.

The widgets are straightforward and intuitive, featuring images and videos that make your wish list engaging and enjoyable to browse. Setting up various donation methods is effortless, with seamless integration for creating your Stripe account. Highly recommended!

Really love the concept and user experience of this site. it's really fun to set up and see people check things off your list. The only issue that was a little weird was setting up Stripe, it makes you set up as if you're setting up a business.

Hitchd has made our wedding registry experience seamless. It is easy to set up, and our guests have found it very user friendly. I like the suggested photos for each item on the registry, and how you can set up automated thank you messages for those that donate or gift to you. I would highly recommend Hitchd to anyone getting married!

We have loved using Hitchd! We picked Hitchd for a few reasons - we loved the design/customization that we could create on the website, and we also liked that we could incur the credit card fee so this wouldn’t land on our friends/family. As contributions have come in, the email notifications are super helpful! It’s also so sweet that guests can leave a little note to us with their contribution. Lastly, the payments via Stripe have been seamless and arrive quickly. We are so happy we picked Hitchd!

After lots of research, it was clear that hitch’d provides the best range of customisation, feature to allow you to curate an experience unique to your event, as well as fees that are reasonable and competitive with other options on the market.

everything has been great. We are already established and had no need for "stuff" and wanted to just focus on making memories. The options for us to choose for people to contribute to were fun. Every contribution came in seamlessly and we can't wait to enjoy these experiences.

We are Ana María & Sebastián, we are getting married tomorrow, our friends are coming from all around to world to Colombia so we needed an option that let us collect gifts in an easy way that people could understand and that had the multilingual option, we checked a lot of websites similiar to Hitchd but none were as beautiful or intuitive as Hitchd is.

We were looking for THE service to manage the hustle of international wedding’s registry and this is exactly what we have found with Hitchd ! We had guests from all around the world at our wedding and we needed an affordable, customizable, and effortless service with endless payment options. It has a cost, but we believe it is worth 100x the hustle it would have been without it. Can only recommend.

Outstanding customer service coupled with ease of use.

Great site- really easy to use and beautiful UX. Only down side is that sometimes it freezes while adding gifts to the list and also in terms of translation it doesn't tranlsate the english word for ''remaining'' meaning that some people might not understand its a moneypot and think its only full amount

Thanks to Hitchd for replying, below. I have changed this review accordingly. Our experience was apparently due to a third party, Wise, linked to this Hitchd account by the account owner.

This involved a complicated process requiring government photo ID to send foreign currency, with a 7% effective fee for USD, even more for a debit card. Then we added a payment reference (advice is don’t) and this spawned a whole pile more verification requirements, which we fulfilled. Next day got an email from no-reply saying payment cancelled. Today we have a email saying the payment has been sent.

Our wedding guests loved using Hitchd to select our wedding gifts. It was so lovely to personalize all of our honeymoon activities. I've been able to print off a handy list of who has gifted what along with their personal messages for us to take with us on our honeymoon. I couldn't recommend Hitchd enough!
