Hitchcocks number one for anything royal Enfield, second to none there knowledge is is first class highly recommend .

I placed and an order mid-way through Friday expecting to take delivery the following week but no, first thing Saturday morning and bingo! Excellent service and a great product. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new engine sprocket and washer for my Meteor 350. It arrived within 24 hours of them receiving the order. Brilliant service as always. I won't by Enfield spares from anybody else. I have bought a number of items. All of which have been great.

I am originally from the UK but I moved to live permanently in Mauritius several years ago.
During a visit to the UK last year to visit family I had the opportunity to visit Hitchcocks and purchased some parts for my Royal Enfield Guerrilla.
The staff that dealt with me were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I explained to them that I live in Mauritius and they told me that they could ship any parts or components to my home address in Mauritius.
Recently I telephoned them and again the guy that I spoke to was extremely helpful.
I placed an order for several parts and he found an extremely competitively priced quotation for shipping costs.
He said that hopefully the parts would be with me in 10 to 12 working days that I was more than happy with as I live so far away.
The following communications from Hithcocks and UPS the carrier were excellent and even more pleasing was the fact that only six days after placing my order I was in possession of my parts that were extremely well packaged.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hitchcocks to anyone their service is absolutely excellent.

They literally stock every part for a Royal Enfield you could imagine, and it somehow arrives at your doorstep the next day!

If I could put zero stars I would .I run a motorcycle sales and workshop in rotherham .I ordered a voltage regulator. The item arrived .it was apparently a revised part. Part fitted by our enfield trained techy .the part created issues that weren't there previously and not charging .we swoped that unit from an identical bike on stock .worked perfectly .contacted them twice but was told on both occasions that I would have to pay for the part again before they would send out replacement then return faulty unit for testing..it's like speaking to robots .we spend lots of money with other supliers and have never encountered this .if you run a motorcycle business I suggest strongly that you sauce your parts from alternative supliers that offer same oe parts at less money .

Don't know how you do it, but as with most, if not all, of your orders, they seem to arrive the very next day here in the UK. Thanks again, great service.

Hitchcock's sold me a screen for my Enfield Bullet 500. The scree and fittings arrived fast, superbly packaged and complete to the last washer, checked against an exact contents list. All parts were in excellent condition. Hitchcock's online fitting guide was clear and easy to follow. A good experience.

Explained excactly how to fit the parts and even sent pictures , i live in australia and delivery was 5 days early compared to tracking , amazing quality and customer support just amazing A+++

Spring is here so time to get my Royal Enfield out.

The batteries dead! Sunday evening now and I ordered a direct (gel) battery replacement. The battery arrived safely by tracked delivery Wednesday afternoon.
Just fitted the battery this afternoon, an easy direct fit and I'm back on the road ready for summer.

I have used Hitchcock's several times over the years and each time I have had good service. This time I ordered a low value small part. Post and packing was very reasonable and it arrived the next day

Across one year, I have been ordering a few bits and bobs for my RE Classic 500, and always had good experiences. First with he oil change kit, then with new footrests.
The page on the website where there is the part book and you can see the exploded view and click on the specific component you need is amazing and has saved me a couple of times.
Dispatch and delivery times are also impressive, I usually get my orders in one or two days.

I ordered a part for my RE350 Classic yesterday afternoon. Soon after I received a message to say my bike part had been picked packaged and ready to send. This morning the new bike part was delivered by Royal Mail.

Didn’t expect the new part to be delivered this quickly! The part was really well packaged and pristine when I opened the parcel.
