I ordered a long pirate vest without a problem, until it was time to ship me my order. I was emailed and told that my item was on back order. Then I was told that I could get it in a smaller size. So, I reluctantly agreed to try the smaller size in the hopes that it might fit. A day later, I was emailed again and told that the smaller size was not available either. So, disappointed again, I just requested that my credit card be refunded. C'est la vie.

The quality of the clothing and accessory items is outstanding. It has been a delight to deal with this very professional company. I had an issue with shipping which they promptly took care of. I would strongly recommend using this company in the future and plan to do so myself.

I ordered a leather segmenta (Roman) armor piece. It's a bit tight, but I loosed up the back (lace it up like a high boot in the front and back) and it fits fine now, I mostly bought it for a show piece anyway. Nice durable leather. Im happy with the purchase overall.

Tried to order three times, out of stock every time.

I was amazed how quickly I received my order. The bodice is just what I wanted and it fit perfectly. I will be doing business with the again for all my reenactment clothing.

Found this website by happenstance. That was fortuitous , and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know at the time quite what I wanted. The product that I bought was a perfect match for what I ultimately was looking for. It arrived on time and was of superior quality as stated by the distributor.I'll be looking at their website often and will certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

shirt and pants are amazing, ill use them again and again, the hat was ok, a little big for me, but sturdy . Add a feather to it and good to go

I loved the hunter green dress. it is well made. fits just the way I wanted.

You sent me an email and you called to let me know that the medieval dress I had ordered was out of stock. Then you took my alternative order over the phone and dispatched the package by FedEx. That was great, except that a signature was required (for some reason) and I was out of town on the Easter weekend when the package arrived. That precipitated calls from FedEx to me and to you, and a subsequent call from you to me. Well, all arrived in good order. Alas, the dress I ordered does not fit. I'm hoping the return process is as easy as was the order process!

I woman pirate blouse I ordered was exactly what they said it would be. I usually wear a medium ,but, ordered a large to have the more blousy look. It was definitely a large as stated. It will work for me as I am wearing a sash. I would probably order a medium if I had not planned on wearing a sash. The negative aspect of this company is the return policy. All I can say on this is be as sure as you can be before ordering. I believe they told me a 15% restocking fee. Love the blouse and the quality is excellent.

This dress was beautiful and well made. I wore it to a wedding and received many compliments on it.

Very good customer service. Will work with you if the product won't fit or you need to exchange it. The boots I bought here were very well constructed and did not leak when I had to walk on soggy ground and walk through shallow puddles.
