I was sceptical at first
I was sceptical at first, but after a couple of months on Himmense BOOST, I can honestly say I feel a real difference. Energy levels are up, strength’s improved, and I just feel more switched on day to day. It’s not instant you’ve got to give it time but it’s worth it. Feels like my body’s firing properly again. ❤💕

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Himmense. Great product and service. I buy SHIFT and BOOST. And both products work. On one occasion the scheduled delivery didn’t arrive - nothing to do with Himmense, but Royal Mail. The Himmense Team sent new items the next day without any hesitation.

After carefully reviewing your case, here’s what we found:
On 9 August, a subscription order was created at 9:25 AM for BOOST – 1 Pack (30 servings), Every 30 Days.
During checkout, our website makes it clear—at least four separate times—that selecting the subscription option means a recurring monthly payment.
We then follow up with an order confirmation email, which again clearly states that the purchase is a subscription with recurring deliveries and charges.
All customers have full control of their account, where they can cancel a subscription at any time, as well as add or remove products whenever they wish.
As soon as you emailed us on 11 September, we cancelled your subscription immediately so no further charges will occur.
We believe we’ve taken every reasonable step to make the subscription terms transparent and to give customers complete flexibility to manage their orders. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear on your end and hope this clarifies the situation.

Awful service
Can't speak for the quality of the products, however, I can speak for their customer service being poor. I wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered initially. After having subscribed to a Himmense product, through entirely my fault, I haven't been consistent in taking them, so have unopened packages. I cancelled my subscription around 2 weeks ago AND cancelled the subscription on my online banking, and I wake up this morning to another order having been processed. Upon making a request to cancel it, they have refused to do so, and have effectively called me a liar regarding cancelling the subscription. That aside, I then ask to initiate a return of what will be an unopened parcel, and they have refused that also. Be warned! I will not be using them again and wish I hadn't in the first place, use more reputable companies for your supplements

Customers have full control of their account through our customer portal, where they can cancel, skip, or pause orders at any time. In addition, if you had emailed, called, or messaged us online, we would have happily actioned the cancellation on your behalf before the order was processed, packaged, labelled, and dispatched—something that often happens overnight given the sheer number of orders we receive.
✅ Bank Cancellation vs. Merchant Cancellation
While cancelling a payment via your bank can stop future charges, it does not directly cancel an active subscription within our system. We rely on explicit cancellation requests sent to us or managed within the customer portal. This distinction is important to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
✅ Returns Policy

Too early to say BUT !

Have been taking this straight after my breakfast and can see my energy levels sustained (vs being depleted by 5pm after work!!) throughout the day. Snake oil, or not?
Himmense “Talk the talk and walk the walk”, but is this really all it’s cracked up to be? Who knows!
Found this flooding my Instagram feed and then it appears everywhere when I’m on the internet! Cookies, I imagine!
Discovered a YouTube review on it, by a slick chap called Yuri. Very composed video shot in what looks like Yuri’s kitchen, selling the stuff of older guys dreams!
Slurp one shot a day and in several weeks you’ll look like you’re fresh out of nappies!
Wrinkles almost gone!
Muscles bulked like Arnie!
Hair fuller than David Ginola!
Nails strengthened like Wolverines!
Tent pole due north and stood to attention with the ferocity of your teenage youth.
And I guess a twinkle in your eye that would see ladies, or gentlemen, falling at your feet!
Reads like you’re sipping life from the holy grail! I’ll be back in my 30’s before I know it, I’m thinking!!
So actually bought into my first pack of these recently, thought “nothing ventured, nothing gained”
What have I to lose but time, and a pile of cash in giving it a go.
Reading the reviews here and comments on Instagram I was sceptical, but again I’m all for “you need to try something at least once in your life”.
One comment on Instagram / Facebook made a suggestion of one video interview being a paid actor / reviewer, it was very strongly refuted in a reply by Himmense. It’s stuck in my mind has that, hence the dubious title!
Lo and behold!…. but what should I see this morning while relaxing in bed after a crazy busy week and flicking through Instagram??? What I hear you ask, with bated breath!
It’s only Yuri! He’s only promoting a cream by shakeup.cosmetics that reduces the very wrinkles that his Himmense subscription removed so effortlessly!
I ask one question here, Himmense. Who’s telling lies??
Is it Yuri on the cream?
Is it Yuri on Himmense?
Or is it Himmense on their product, or suspicious use of paid promotors??
Come on, let’s have some transparency!!
Reading between the lines of everything Himmense claim the product will do is written “it can help” but will it?
It could work from day 1.
It could take 6 to 8 weeks.
It is also shown to be effective in less than 6 months! So who knows how long you need to take it before you join Yuri on his cosmetic journey to remove the wrinkles that Yuri could, or couldn’t feel that Himmense “helped” with!
It’s an incredibly expensive product, and to see results in the 6 months is going to cost you close to £400 max and a min of £36 for 2 weeks supply.
One Month In
So… I’ve now received my 3rd pack of Himmense, using the product for a month now.
I’m someone who has worked with their hands daily for the last 35 years, up and down on my knees, pushing, pulling and riving in an industry that’s heavy on skilled manual work. Hitting my early 50’s I’ve been feeling that in my hands / fingers and knees, waking up with stiff and sore fingers / knuckles and knees, to the point it’s a slow process getting moving in a morning and heading down for a morning cuppa was unpleasant on knees and the rest until joints were warmed and got moving again.
After taking Himmense for two weeks, the first pack, I didn’t actually notice my hands didn’t hurt in a morning and I could actually walk downstairs without pain with every bend of a knee, I just felt better in a morning and started to question why. It was only then that I realised I didn’t have sore stiff fingers when I woke and it wasn’t painful walking down the stairs, or up, any more!
So far it looks like Himmense is ticking one box for me!
I’ve set myself 6 months to see how these work and I’ll keep adding to this review as each month passes. By then I’m hoping for the rest of the results to kick in… Extra 1/2 star to the above so far, Himmense.

For what is in the packaging is very few for the price unit charged is there any genuine scientific evidence and backing information about the product what is in it and dosent say if those products listed are actually in it ? Also what if your taking prescribed medication if taking the product with your medication could it cause side effects? with the product there's no listed information inside the box about this when you recieve the box with the sachets and is there any genuine findings listed by the general health authority and certificates to say this product is safe to use passes? Or is it Just online stated claims by so called users of this product 🤔? All it looks to me is some orange gunk in a sachet and is over priced and is gimmicky marketing ploy aim at certain groups of men ..I won't be buying anymore as I couldn't see no difference or feel any difference after 14 sachets of this stuff..anyone can make claims and put on a app site listed magazines but wheres the real genuine medical proof what's in this stuff and where is it made ?? Wheres the licenses and patent recorded abroad or here in the UK is it a genuine product ? Wheres the scientific findings wheres those reported findings ??

My secret
I’ve been using collagen supplements from another company for a number of years. Takes a bit of time to show results but I soon saw a difference in my hair , skin , nails.
Collagen supplements aren’t the cheapest of items so I stopped taking them for a while.
I soon realised why they were an important addition to my daily routine. I saw an ad for Himmense and they additional benefits compared to my previous supplement.
The taste, the viscosity, both make this far more pleasant to take.
The customer service are great too, willing to help and fast response times.

Lovin himmense, signed up for the monthly subscription 2 weeks ago, comes in these slick little snapable pouches that you squeeze into your mouth, and it tastes great like some kind of honey calpol medicine. I actually forgot I’d subscribed and tried to reorder thinking I’d only got the one off batch, so I paid for another batch of himmense on top of my monthly one, anyway I got in touch with the team and they quickly refunded me and cancelled the one off fulfilment. Great customer service, and great product. 5 stars

I've tried alot of different vitamin and supplement products was constantly on the hunt for the next best thing. I have to say, honestly this is an amazing product which has helped with my skin, fatigue, sleep and all-round general wellbeing.
