The attention to details in the planning / logistics as well as the personal warmth of the guides and employees made this an enjoyable and smooth experience. The continuous support months before the trip to get our documentation and plans in order (including visa, itineraries, flights, etc.) was very good - very responsive! Our recent Mansarovar and Kailash Yatra was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Himalayan Adventure Therapy Company and their wonderful team.

We were a group of 25 people from four different countries—USA, England, Australia, and India. Our group leader chose Himalayan Adventure Company after a lot of research, and it turned out to be an excellent decision.

The preparation for the trip was exceptional. We had several online meetings despite the different time zones, and every detail was explained patiently. The itinerary was shared well in advance, along with a comprehensive packing list, so everyone knew exactly what to expect. As a group of 25 professionals, we had countless questions, but Nabin ji answered every single one with patience, kindness, and a smile. At no point did we feel that any question was too small or repetitive.

Our group travelled through different routes—some via China, others through Nepal—but we all met in Lhasa. The visa process was seamless, with everything delivered exactly as promised before our arrival. Throughout the trip, the team consistently did what they said they would do, which gave us tremendous confidence.

The hotels in the cities were excellent, the sightseeing was well organised, and once we began the five-day journey across Tibet to Mansarovar, the local support team looked after us incredibly well. The freshly cooked meals were healthy, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared to suit the varied tastes of people from different countries. It was impressive to see the effort they put into ensuring everyone was comfortable.

Organising a journey like this across Nepal, Tibet, and multiple international arrivals must involve enormous logistical challenges, yet the entire trip ran so smoothly that we hardly noticed the complexity behind it. Every member of the team was cheerful, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

There were a few minor adjustments to the itinerary to accommodate permit requirements for the Kailash Parikrama, but these were handled so efficiently that they actually improved the overall experience. Everything stayed on schedule, and thanks to the team’s careful planning, everyone who set out for the Parikrama was able to complete it successfully.

This was a truly memorable pilgrimage, made even more special by the professionalism, warmth, and dedication of Himalayan Adventure Company. They even provided thoughtful amenities along the way that made the journey more comfortable.

Spent an absolutely wonderful two days with Nirajanan in Bhaktapur/Patan/Kathmandu. Outstanding service, very easy communication with Nabin before, during and after our trip. The in-depth tours of these locations made our trip memorable. Everything was arranged and handled without complications, even my request to change a bit of a standard tour.
