We’re very sorry to hear about the delay with your macaron delivery. After investigating with our courier, we can confirm that your macarons were delivered on 24th December. They were dispatched from Hilton Macarons HQ on the same day your order was placed (17th December).

Delivery and packaging was good as were…
Delivery and packaging was good as were the flavours but, having followed the refrigeration instructions the macarons lost, I think, the crunch.

The best macarons I’ve tasted!
Not only are the team lovely but the macarons are the best I’ve EVER tasted! I got a box of 6 and the chocolate and mince pie were my favourites with lemon not far behind! You can tell they’re made with love! Highly recommend and can’t wait to get more!

Not as good as they have been…
Not as good as they have been previously, unfortunately. The vanilla ones were quite overbaked and the flavours in the strawberry selection didn’t balance well together and were just very sweet. Also the cool bag had burst in the box, but that’s just a hazard of the journey.
It’s a shame as we had Hilton macarons for our wedding last year and they were fantastic.
