Hillofbox 

On 4th March, Hillofbox took £24.99 from my account. On 23rd March, another £24.99 was taken out without authorisation.
Bank Fraud Squad & Police informed. Do not trust this Company!

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company and it stated they were $29.95 but neglected to say that was in USD so I was charged over $48 AUS. when I got them they are probably only worth about $10. Very poor quality shoes that will not last more than a day on my feet. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..

Hillofbox took my 6.99 from my account whil i was on an online shop call Miss Diana. I have to report it to the bank to blocked my card and order a new one. I email Hillofbox but the saying i log on to there website and made a trial payment for 3 days. Which is a lie. The big fraudsters

I have still nor received my purchase. Only auto to email. Advised them it is a scam. They have deducted 84 odd NZD the last bit in my account 4nz dollars and then 60 bucks. They did day when I mentioned scam had email said I subscribed to them. I did not subscribe. They said login and undubdcribr but I filo not hsvr a password for them. There is no "forgot password". They know that I told them. Now I will call fraud division at my bank. I can't block them so they just keep help themselves. I turn off that account and have 20 dollars max. Defo scam say based in Cyprus. Thieving shi... Heads

This is a scam company. Bought a dog bed off of Facebook from a company called (apparently) Isabelle Bouchet, money taken. Then had an email from this company telling me I had ordered a membership to order electrical devices. They do give you a phone number, called and they would not confirm if they sold dog beds or not. Said they had no association with Isabelle Bouchet. They have told me my money will be reimbursed. This company is based in Cyprus with a UK (Glasgow) phone number.

Absolutely disgusting they have a choice to buy stuff take money from your account and then when you contact them they say it was a membership I never joined a membership wanted electronics they said it’s nothing to do with them 7.95and 24.99 out of my bank but no good whatsoever should not be allowed to advertise and take money from your bank account

Beware of Hillofbox company people!!!!!!!, this company is mascurading as Boots Chemist online. I paid for one off Oral B Toothbrush advertised by Boots for £3 which I didn't even receive. Hillofbox then deducted another £24.99 from my bank account. I contacted them on online chat and they said my money was deducted for a service. I have not received any service from this company. I do not even know the service they supposedly provide. The company should be dealt with by Ofcom or fraud squad. The Company is a con and a scam, no one is supossed to fall victim to this company. I'm highly disappointed by company like Boots Chemist allowing their good reputations to be tarnished by these scammers.

I had the same experience as the other reviewers - I responded to an offer online for a one-off item, then was hit for recurring bills for a much higher amount. Luckily picked-up by my Bank fraud department.

Same as the other reviewer after falling for a scam online I now have recurring payments coming out my bank account to Hillofbox

I saw advert SaintFusion paint hand spray gun on Facebook and purchased it on 6 May 2023, the sum of R55 was taken from my bank account. Today 9 May 2023 a further unauthorized sum of R368 was taken off from my bank account. When I checked my bank statement it shows this is a recurring payment plan meaning that Hill of Box will constantly take money from my account which I have not authorised. Emails to Hill of Box remain unanswered. THEY'RE CROOKS AND THIEFS !!
