Needed to upgrade my small speakers (Dali Fazon satellite ) to achieve greater soundstage - apart from budget also needed to ensure her indoors was happy with the look etc . Asseem absolutely smashed it on both counts with a demo of the Audiovector QR3.
Always a relaxed no sales pleasure when visiting the Hifonix store.Speakers delivered (within 3 days of order ) and set up by John who certainly knows his hi fi !Over the moon with the QR3 performance and the bonus is the wife is happy with the white floor standers that blend in with the existing decor. The personal touch is unusual and excellent - phoning me on receipt of the order to thank me for my custom, informing me of the delivery details, giving me advice about the need to run the headphones in, and suggesting that I consider a cable upgrade at some point in the future in order to get the best from the product.
The item was delivered the next day as promised, and the quality and finish of it have exceeded my expectations.

Love the new stylus. It sounds fabulous I did have 1 before but sold it with my old deck. So went for the same and yes I do love the sound it bring t my vinyl records. Thanx again very fast delivery and responsible price

Never used or even heard of Hifonix before but after a google search brought them to my attention I thought I’d give them a shot to purchase the FiiO BTR7 DAC I was after. Order was dealt with very quickly and email received informing item had been dispatched (free delivery) and amazingly delivered the very next day. Received thanks for the order and for using Hifonix and reminding not to hesitate to contact customer service for any help or assistance that may be required. Excellent service from Hifonix - Asim has been a great help with purchasing decisions and very knowledgeable. Having purchased a pair of UM Mest Mk2 (at an absolute bargain including the black Friday discount at the time) and more recently my girlfriend having bought me some Hifiman Aryas for my birthday - I can report that both were recieved early the next day, packaged with incredible care and attention.
