I have had the litter picker pro and…
I have had the litter picker pro and hopper profor a few days. Having the waste bag “open” made it slot easier to put the rubbish in. To some extent made it quicker. The litter picker was able to pick up the smallest piece of paper. The handle on the litter picker pro was comfortable. The hooper pro handle was also comfortable. I had 2 plastic shopping bags hanging from it for recyclables

The tool arrived on time however once…
The tool arrived on time however once I put the grabber in its correct position I.e. turn it. The jaws would not re open very well.i ended up using wd 40. So I have to question was it fit for purpose?

A good service and quality products
A good service and quality products. The only thing I would say for the company to review, is to automatically send out the tracking information. Because they didn't, I sadly missed the delivery and had to collect it from my nearest post office a couple of days later. That's ok, but my PO is over 7 miles away, hence the delivery!
Other than that, I would certainly recommend the company, thank you. Paul in North Devon

Great Customer Service and good prices
Great Customer Service! The site is easy to use, the products are very competitively priced; cheaper than many other sites I looked at. The goods arrived very quickly and packaged well. I highly recommend Helping Hand Environmental and will certainly be using again.

Wonderful experience
When ordering a litter picker it was easy to find what I needed and to check out. After a couple of days due to the holidays I was emailed to say that my order was in stock and will arrive within 5 business days, it came the day after the email in excellent condition with everything i ordered. Excellent service thank you HHE.

Does the job no fuss.
Easy to order. Prompt delivery by royal mail. Litter picker did need string retying. Have used one of these regularly for some years and it is very good.

HH are Highly Recommended
The items ordered from HH Environmental arrived really quickly in minimal cardboard packaging. We are looking forward to litter picking on the beach with our grandchildren with their smaller litter pickers. The “jaws” on them look great. We have been using one of their larger litter pickers and it’s much better quality than the one I bought online from a mammoth company, which broke.

Feel really sturdy!
Super fast delivery. Delighted with the litter pickers. Had previously bought some from eBay. They fell apart on the first use. These look and feel like they'll last a lifetime!
