I've been a loyal customer and love the products, especially the Strong Hold Gel, but it's frustrating to see so many items sold out for weeks with no updates. There has been no communication on the website, Instagram, or Facebook regarding restocks or product availability. Customers deserve transparency, even if it's just a brief update. I hope the company provides more information soon because many of us would love to continue supporting the brand.

The 1st Hair follicle stimulant was minty and worked well for me, but the 2nd delivery was different and did nothing for my hair. The only good product is the strong thickening gel. My complaints were ignored. Delivery period / Customer Service is substandard. I have now ceased to be a HH Cosmetics customer and happily gone back to Loreal products.

The oils work, and they're expensive, no question about that. The first 2 orders went really well so I ordered again, knowing it takes 10 days to prep the order then ship to me, free shipping for anything over $40,as advertised. I received my package 40 days later, they didn't pay duty so US customs held on to the package in TN and tried for 3 weeks to email them and WhatsApp them but they refused to acknowledge any communication. FedEx finally called me 3 times to find out the origin of the package, name of the company and what was inside the package. Then they charged me $46 dollars to finally ship it to me. I went on the HH Cosmetics site and communicated all this through the reviews page because they read those and remove the really bad reviews. They didn't answer me,instead, they blocked me from ever buying from their shop or leaving a review . Good riddance.

Why am I still being charged for orders I didn't place? Order 000041416 is ready. I don't have a subscription, nor did I place any order. Please stop sending shipping information I didn't request.

Ik heb de African Black Soap en de Multi-use Leave-in Conditioner van H&H Cosmetics gebruikt tot letterlijk de laatste druppel en ik mis ze nu oprecht. Dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg.

De African Black Soap is zwart van kleur, schuimt nauwelijks en voelt meteen heel natuurlijk aan. De geur is fantastisch: kruidig, warm en fris tegelijk. Ik gebruik hem voor mijn hoofd, baard en nog een paar plekken. Als je hem even laat intrekken dan voel je je daarna extreem fris en schoon, zonder dat je huid droog aanvoelt.

Daarnaast zijn de producten erg zuinig in gebruik. Je hebt maar weinig nodig per douchebeurt en ik deed er verrassend lang mee.

De Multi-use Leave-in Conditioner past er perfect bij. Lichtbruin van kleur en duidelijk gemaakt van natuurlijke ingrediënten. Ik ben kaal maar heb wel een baard, en sinds ik deze combinatie gebruik heb ik serieus geen “bad beard day” meer gehad. Dat wil zeggen dat ik sinds ik dit gebruik geen piekerige baard haren meer heb en ook niet meer die droge, platte look die ik met andere producten vaak wel kreeg. Mijn baard voelt zacht aan, blijft beter in model, glanst mooi en oogt veel gezonder.

Wat me ook opviel is hoe goed de geuren van beide producten samengaan. Hiervoor was de Rituals Hammam mijn favoriet qua geurbeleving tijdens het douchen, maar deze combinatie laat dat eerlijk gezegd behoorlijk kunstmatig aanvoelen.

Mijn favoriete combinatie inmiddels: een simpele geurloze bodyzeep samen met deze shampoo en conditioner. Ik ga deze producten sowieso opnieuw bestellen.

Bons produits qui m’ont l’air de marcher en complément d’un dermaroller, mais livraison incroyablement longue donc je mets 3 étoiles . Ma dernière commande date du 2 avril et sur le suivi ça n’a toujours pas été expédié…il m’est donc impossible de tenir une routine capillaire si mes produits ne me parviennent pas. Je ne peux même pas les contacter sur le site ou me faire rembourser. J’irais tester ailleurs

I can confirm to you - that this company is a SCAM!. Do not waste your time ordering with them. They will take your money and go totally silent.

Paid for an order on the 21st March - but still nothing from them. And its 13th April as of writing this review.

I have sent so many emails, lots of WhatsApp messages, and phone calls .. but there is totally no response.

If you doubt me - go check the comments in their Facebook page.

Save yourself some stress.

If it was possible - I will give them Zero star rating.

Good products, but extremely poor customer service. I’ve tried reaching out via phone, email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, but the only response I get is from an AI chatbot no real support at all.

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything or any meaningful update. This experience has been very frustrating.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from here.

I have used the product for over 6 months, no results. I have sent them a message today, hoping they will keep their word and refund my money.

I have been with HH Cosmetics since its conception. I will never change to another kinky hair product. Their products are 💯authentic and I am so happy I found the products that are more gentle and smooth, cateringto my needa, Very cool and gentle on the scarp and hair, especially someone like me who has a very sensitive scarp and struggles with alopecia. I would recommend the products to any person that wants visible result to their scarp and hair growth. Thanks HH Cosmetics

This company has the best costumer service and the best shampoo, conditioner and gel. I wish that every one can experience how a shampoo, conditioner and gel leaves your hair manegeable and with a lot of slip. These products are a 10 out of 10. I enjoy washing my hair because of this line. No regrets.

Great product! I know this because I tried around 8 other products that did not work! This one did. I have been ordering this over and over, that's how good it is. I am using it to help grow my hair back, I have completely lost my edges and have wide parts and a few bald spots. It's finally coming back now that I started using the follicle stimulator, oil, gel, shampoo, conditioner. I'm using it all and its working and I could not be more excited! I had given up hope that my hair would return. I'm 60+ and it feels great to know there are products out there that work for older women. Thank you, H.H your products are AWESOME!!!

I was very excited about getting the product. It took forever to be delivered then I have been using it daily and see no difference. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 16th July I still have not received the shipment or have I received a refund. I have contacted customer service several times and just been fobbed off or been told I'll have someone come back to me but just excuses

Order at your own risk. The customer service is almost abusive and a full refund was agreed the seller issued the refund minus the shipping (which was not agreed) then told me she had done.

I have notified the seller I will be taking this further

Thanks to customer service through your WhatsApp platform as I was able to cancelled an order that went through my auto filled with a wrong delivery address.
This was done in time, though my order was done on a weekend.

I placed an order with this company and have heard nothing since. I have sent an email, however, all I get is contact us through WhatsApp. I did not order that way, and my order confirmation was sent via email. I do not have access to the WhatsApp platform. I simply would like to receive the items that I paid for, or get a refund. So far, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Appreciate the refund, but apparently if you would like a timely response from this company, you need to write a bad review. Not a best practice.

Customer service is extremely poor. I initially made contact via email on the 11th of April. I've received several automated follow-up emails. I was eventually told that my email had been archived (with no response) and that I should make contact via WhatsApp. I have sent several messages via WhatsApp, but there has still been no response. I so regret purchasing these products. Sadly, they haven’t worked for me. If they cannot take the time to respond to customers, then they shouldn't be selling products.

Edited to add: I have used the products (Large Hair Growth Bundle) for more than 6 months. I was diligent in following their instructions of use over this period of time. I've seen so many positive reviews online, I was confident that the products would work for me, too. Unfortunately, they didn't work. They may work for others. I accept that they cannot issue a refund because I didn't take photos every single month to document the journey. My disappointment isn't about not getting a refund; it’s because of the way they handled my query. Please make sure that you read and follow the money-back guarantee to the letter. They will find any and every excuse to not issue a refund if the products don’t work for you. I find it very interesting that they've only found the time to respond to me after I've posted the review here. They've ignored my emails for almost a month.

I saw the ads for this product on IG a few times and after watching a few videos and reading reviews I decided to give it a try and I must say that although it’s only been a month, I have seen some progress and I am hopeful that there will be substantial progress in the next 3 months.
