Heyzine Anmeldelser

It seems an impressive service. It has some really nice features and attractive pricing. Based on this, I signed my business up to a Professional plan. Unfortunately the simple basics don't work. Most hyperlinks in our uploaded PDFs don't get converted, and the ones that do, give errors. I tried for 2 weeks to get support. Nothing. Don't waste your time here.

Added after Heyzine's reply: I have used the exact same PDFs on three other flipbook platforms. All the others detect all the links. The reply above is essentially the same as from your support; that the problem is on my side (when no other provider has the same problem). I did get a response to the ticket. Then it was escalated to the technical team. There was no further follow up.

We're using Heyzine for our digital publication, and it's been great! It's such an easy-to-use platform, and the support team is always there to help. We would definitely recommend heyzine!

We love using Heyzine for our annual event. We upload our eProgram and create a QR code that we share with event attendees. It allows everyone with a smartphone to view the program easily, flip between the pages, all while saving us expensive printing costs and paper use. Thanks Heyzine!

They cheat. You can not get your file for free. At the end they ask for paid subsription. Use another apps, this one is a waste of time

Follow up and support offered after a problem (one caused by our organization as it transpired) encountered was impressive! Timely, sympathetic and very well communicated.

Our company uses Heyzine and it´s a great option to have all your digital books, with many options to customize the view.

Thank you SOOOOOOO much for having the 'replace pdf' feature as part of HeyZine!

I had to update 2 customer brochures today and was dreading resetting all the links...until I discovered that I could simply replace the pdf!!!

This meant no back end work or website HTML coding was required. Yay and YAY!!!!

GREAT feature and love that you thought of including it. Thank you!!

Keep up the great work

I just completed my first flipbook. Heyzine is an easy to use software with excellent features I did not know I needed. :-)

Our organization recently switched from another platform to Heyzine because they offer a quality online experience for a much more reasonable price. We have only had to reach out to their support team once and their rep was right back to us with our issue already fixed. Thank you, Heyzine!

I've used the free version for a personal project (which worked really well) and now looking to upgrade - I had a lot of questions for the support team about particular features, and they were super helpful. It's a really great deal for the features you get.

Excelente aplicación, muy fácil de usar y el resultado es espectacular.

I am so please with Heyzine and I can't recommend it enough. Whenever I 'Heyzine' my PDFs, they get upgraded and my clients and readers just love it, and find it much nicer, more interesting and attractive way than just reading a PDF.

Furthermore, as a user, I find it very user-friendly, and I am very happy with their professional and prompt customer support.

Thank you Heyzine!

I purchased 15 flipbooks but if I upload more than 6 the files are automatically deleted after a few hours. I have already reported the problem but unfortunately it has not been resolved. The service would be good but this problem has created many problems for me with the shared links of various projects.

Amazing website, providing up to 5 free books. Easy to upload, and do some edits. Super support team! Had an issue and it has been resolved in 15 min! What a service! will definitely recommend to other business! Thank you!

very easy to use and you end with a beautiful flip book! 100% recommend it!

I've been using the Heyzine flipbook app for a while now, and it has been a fantastic addition to my ebook experience. The app is user-friendly, and the features it offers are incredibly versatile. Creating flipbooks has never been easier, and the end results look professional and engaging. The customization options allow me to tailor each flipbook to my exact needs, making my content stand out. Heyzine has truly enhanced my digital publishing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their ebooks or digital documents. Great job, Heyzine team!

This system is very easy and effective to use, and what I REALLY LOVE is their support. I've had two contacts with them over the past year and each time they treat me like a blue ribbon winner, when in actual fact I'm still on the starting blocks.

Heyzine has a dashboard for the not so computer littered like me - it's easy and effective

Customer service was great. We just created a guide for our business and ran into some issues. Their customer service responded quickly and we were up and running.
