Such a wonderful place. The kind lady in the shop gave me around 15 minutes of her time, kindly giving me lots of advice and help. The welcoming nature and kindness shown is absolutely lovely and I always love stopping by to browse the wonderful sensory toys that are really reasonable. Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 fabric bite bands in different colours via the website. The next day I received a phone call to say that one of the colours was out of stock, and informing me what my options were regarding a different choice or refund. 2 days later and my order arrived!
I can't fault the customer service and would definitely recommend them to other people.

Placed an order for a Fibromyalgia sunflower card. It came very quickly . Quality was good and I was very impressed. I certainly will recommend and use this site again.

Ordered twice and will order again!
I've bought 2 orders from Special Stars now and their service and products are fantastic. I did have an issue with a product but I contacted the help email and a replacement was posted out speedily. I think there products are really reasonably priced compared to some other sites I've ordered from and the quality is really high. I will definitely be ordering again.

Came across Special Stars Foundation while looking for hidden disability items. Received promptly, good quality item. With reading others reviews will definitely be looking at other items for my autistic teenage daughter.

Fabric Bite Bands ... our chewie search is over
I have been searching for years for the right chew accessory for my adult daughter and then I found the Fabric Bite Bands. These are amazing, they come in loads of different colours so I can match them to her outfits and finally we have stopped my daughter chewing holes in her clothes. I love them and would highly recommend them for all ages.

Very secure packaging and swift arrival.
Ordered a radar disabled toilet key as I have anxiety and panic issues and it came very securely wrapped
Also ordered playfoam which came securely packaged and undamaged, and the box it came in was the right size so nothing was squashed and had protective packing peanuts inside to make sure nothing got broken. Turned up in about 2 days and very happy with my purchase!
