They site said you can easily manage/cancel a subscription.. yet there’s nothing to be seen on the website regarding subscription cancellation….shady practices..

Looks like I'm one of many that won't be getting their order anytime soon. Ordered on 5th March with the 2-4 day delivery.

Tracking hasn't been updated since that day, Two emails sent with no reply.

UPDATE 14/3/25 - Maybe they read all these reviews because I received an email saying the following:

Hi Adam, due to our recent brand awareness across well known publishers such as Cosmopolitan, The Sun, Daily Mail and the Independent, we have been struggling with fulfilling orders due to a very high demand. As a result, there are ongoing delays with shipments. All delayed orders will be delivered in the next 7-10 days whilst we work on fulfilling all backlogged orders.

We understand you need your order with you as soon as possible but we are trying our best and expanding our team in the meantime to avoid such events from happening again.

You will be kept updated within the next 7-10 days by Royal Mail with your delivery details.

Once again apologies for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE 24/3/25 - My kit arrived on Saturday 22nd to my surprise, I've added a star because I actually got what I paid for.

Still have not received my order and from the reviews I looks like I will not receive my order.

Ordered on the 1st of march and paid extra for faster delivery.
Contacted them via email a few days later with no reply. Contacted again on the 10th to say i would be cancelling/returning my order.
All of a sudden it's been dispatched. No reply to emails no reimbursement for the extra i paid for fast delivery.

I am yet to recive my order that I ordered last Friday which was a 2-4 day delivery time should have arrived latest on Thursday but still nothing Royal Mail still awaiting parcel emailed twice and no reply absolutely shocking taking peoples money and not sending out the products saying that they have well that’s obviously not true is it.

Absolute scammers. Order 44633 never arrived. They don’t answer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Appalling.

Their teeth whitening strips have destroyed my teeth, completely removed the enamel in places and my previous fine but slightly stained after a coffee teeth are now patchy yellow and white, I'm devastated.

Item never arrived and customer service is non existent, no one responds. Have had to open a chargeback with my bank to try and get my money back.

I have emailed and messaged them on website 4-5 time to cancel automatic charges no body come back the end had to cancel my debit card
Also products are doesn’t do anything

Like others paid for a 48 hour delivery and still haven't received the item! No response from their support centre. Avoid buying.

I placed an order on 10 February 2025. Royal Mail have been waiting for this order since then. It hasn't arrived and seemingly HeySmile haven't even bothered to send it.

I'll be returning to my bank to claim this back and fortunately for me they are very good when it comes to refunds for missing products.

Why bother selling a product and taking money if you aren't going to bother shipping it.

This company should be struck off.

loved the whitening kit and the whitening strips, both orders came quickly and used them on a regular basis. They do make a difference unlike other products I've used, and recommended to others

package arrived quickly with easy to use guide on how to use the product on the back of the box. Set up was easily done and application of product. I was worried it would fall off the bottom part of the tray but had no issues. After first application I could see a difference in my teeth as some stubborn teeth I had struggled with had lightened. I'm looking forward to continue using the product and see my end results. If it continues to give me great results I will be purchasing more in the future especially with my wedding coming up and wanting beautiful pearly whites for the day. Highly recommend to give a try.

I just wanted to say I had the whitening kit box 2 months ago and I have seen so much change on my teeth so quick, I’ll probably buy the refills soon to keep the smile I’ve got I can finally say my confidence also it’s changed.
