AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this at all costs!! THIS WEBSITE IS A FULL SCAM! I bought the Thomas GIA prep course- All the questions are repeated. Also, the catalog says time based results- it just provides the right/wrong answered questions. The UI/UX is also very bad. Total waste of money. What should be free is sold at 30+ GBP!! If you do not value your money go for any of the courses here. Absolute dirty way to scam people.

We’re unable to find any order or support request under this name, which makes it difficult for us to verify or investigate the claims. We always encourage users to contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.

Regarding your points: our questions come from a large randomized pool. Repetition may occur if the pool is extensively practiced or if questions are answered incorrectly and shown again for learning purposes. The scoring (correct/incorrect with results) follows the standard format used in Thomas GIA-style practice, so the claim is not fully accurate.

We would appreciate the opportunity to review this properly. If you have purchased the course, please contact us with your order details—we’re happy to investigate and offer a refund if applicable.

Great to prepare for Thomas GIA

Heycademy helped me prepare with realistic test formats and clear explanations. The questions felt very close to actual exams, and I saw a noticeable improvement in my performance. It’s simple to use, reliable, and genuinely useful if you’re serious about passing your test.

No refund

I purchased a course from Heycademy, but the payment wasn’t processed for almost 24 hours. During that time, I had no access to the course. By the time the payment finally went through and access was granted, I no longer needed it.

I contacted support early on, explained the situation, and requested a refund since I hadn’t used the course. Unfortunately, after my initial message, I received no further replies. I followed up multiple times, but there was no response.

Overall, the delayed payment processing and lack of customer support made this a disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

In this case, the delay occurred due to the bank/payment provider taking longer than expected to process the transaction. During that time, the order remained in “processing,” and access is only granted once the payment is successfully confirmed. As soon as the payment was approved, access to the course was provided immediately from our side.

We understand your situation; however, the refund request was made after the payment was completed and access had already been granted. This falls under a “regret of purchase” scenario, which is not covered under our refund policy for digital products.

Regarding support, we have responded via email explaining the situation and the policy. If you believe any of our responses were missed, we kindly ask you to check your spam/junk folder or reach out again so we can assist further.

Super happy with Heycademy! The practice tests were really useful and made me feel ready. Easy to use and just a great way to study without overcomplicating stuff. Definitely recommend!

Highly broken experience

Highly broken experience. Several bugs and incorrect answers. Also, the same questions keep getting repeated several times. So while they may say "1000" questions, its actually significantly less unique questions.
While they are responsive in fixing things, but thats not a customer's job. Hopefully they will do a thorough testing of their content and add more unique questions.

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised by your 1-star rating, as you took the tests several times — approximately 37 times in total. You pointed out a few mistakes in the answers, which we corrected within a couple of hours. Even after that, you were not fully satisfied, so we refunded you 50% of the amount.

We believe your review is not entirely fair, as you used the platform extensively.

Regarding the repeated questions: let's do a quick calculation — there are 1,000 questions, and each test can have up to 200 questions. Hence, after about 5 full attempts, it is natural that you would start seeing similar questions.

There were no bugs on the platform. Yes, there were some incorrect answers, which we fixed immediately, and we also issued you a 50% refund. Even after requesting a refund, you continued to practice many tests. Therefore, a 1-star rating does not seem fair, considering the issues were addressed and you continued using the platform.

As our product is digital and fully accessible, refunds are generally not offered after extensive use — yet we still provided it as a gesture of goodwill.

I recommend the driving course

I bought the driving exam course (gold) and I totally recommend it!
What I liked is that in the package there is the theory included so I could have a deeper understanding of the individual subjects and that helped a lot with the mock tests.
Also there are plenty of tests which helped me to practice and get better

Super helpful for passing the Danish theory test


I used this website to prepare for my Danish driving theory exam, including the Thomas Gia tests, and it made a huge difference. The practice tests were very similar to the actual exam, both in format and difficulty, which really helped me feel confident on the day.

What I liked most was how clear and up-to-date the questions were. Some other sites I tried had outdated visuals or strange translations, but here everything felt current and easy to understand, even for someone who’s not a native Danish speaker.

The interface was simple and clean, and I appreciated being able to review my mistakes after each test. It actually helped me learn instead of just guessing.

Passed on my first try thanks to this, definitely worth the money
