If they had less then one star would have done that. I ordered 4 of there rotating whisky glasses. I just opened 1st glass and felt it is not okay for the purpose I ordered. I started initiating there return and refund. And these people in email clearly in the beginning says that product is broken and we won’t give refund. After that they call me and apologise and says we are giving refund but make video 1st and show us it’s not broken. I start making video and in video it clearly shows that I’m just opening tape and one of they’re glass is already broken, now these people are blaming that we will cut 200 shipping money and won’t even refund also dying shipping if something else is broken we won’t refund that also. Worthless people, clearly cheating. I believe to hide they will post comment that I haven’t brought anything so I am attaching email screenshots and also my order id - Order #HB345554

It is a Fraud Website/Company.
I paid around 2400 but no response or delivery received.
Bloody rascals doing Cyber Crime in India and making Crores looting Indians.
Everyone should file Cyber case for frauds these people do openly.
They put Ads on Facebook and social media sites. When many users make payment to buy products listed. This Website remove their Ad from Facebook. Again later another Ad in puy and similar Fraud is done.
Facebook is also not taking action as they make money for each new Ad this Website initiate.
Pathetic people behind this Fraud Website.

This is the worst website with zero ethics and zero customer support. My experience with them has convinced me it's a fraud shopping site making money by cheating gullible customers by advertising attractive merchandise on social media. There is no scope of getting your money back and you are left waiting endlessly for the imaginary product to arrive. They need to take legal action on this site for swindling peoples money.
Avoid this site like the plague.

Please don’t buy from hey buyer’s.
Worst product return experience.
You to pay courier charges for picking product from your home and delivering to their warehouse.
Better to buy from amazon or Flipkart for much better shopping experience and hassle free return process.

I have ordered medicine pouch. I have paid for the product. I was informed that I will receive the product on 8th June 2025 but till today I have not received the product ordered.

I have placed order for trolley bag silicone wheel cover on 28/01/24 and make the payment through Gpay there's no response from the customer service and phone calls/email and I have send the message today also. I think heybuyer.in is fraudulent service.

Verymuch bad product given by heybuyer don't purchase it
Service is very poor I request for refund my money but not getting any response from heybuyer
