As of July 23, my withdrawal is still pending. I had a deposit of $150 and won bets with a balance of about $700. After a long wait, they wrote to me in live chat that the withdrawal would be within 48 hours, but after 48 hours they asked me to go through KYC and I immediately sent everything. After that, they ignore me both in live chat and in mail, I write often and receive 0 information in response. They lie about the license that was taken from them. UPD: 27.09 Asked for the same document in English, Richard said they would check it in seven days, but 15 have already passed and there is no answer or withdrawal of funds
UPD: 28.10 I periodically write to support about my verification. I am completely ignored. Almost 2 months have passed since the documents were sent, which will be answered within 7 days.

Regarding the fiat withdrawal: They are done instantly, sometimes they need approvals but once it‘s approved, max 1 hour normally, it gets sent via instant payment. When approved, or when you dont need approvals, it arrives within 10 seconds.

I opened an account at Heybets.io. When I went to withdraw I provided them with all the KYC information and they never approved it. It's gotten to a point where they are not responding to any communication. It has been almost three months with no resolution. I would not recommend using this platform as you won't be paid.

I was playing on heybets game called Rocket (something). The rules are, you bet the price and if you press untill rocket explodes you win the money as much x as it shows. I deposited 10 eu and won over 14k. I requested 200eu withdrawall. After I deposited 30$ in crypto and won over 1k in crypto and requested 500$ in crypto withdrawall. My withdrawalls was pending and after couple days they deleted the game and my entire accaunt. I send them a email, but they didn't responded.
