Each time I visit this clinic im always met initially with friendly smiling faces at the front desk. Its really warm and inviting which helps relax me, especially if im suffering with some nerves. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, everything was explained in detail to me, The lady who performed my scan was so friendly and patient with my toddler in the room and we even got a special surprise with coloured lighting to reveal our babies gender. Would deffo recommend. Thanks guys for such a special experience.

Amazing experience again! Second time visiting Hey Baby in Winchmore Hill and they were fantastic again. We had a well-being and gender scan. The way they revealed the sex of our baby with the pink lighting was so amazing - I was crying happy tears! It was made so special by the lovely, knowledgeable sonographer. This was hands down one of the best moments of my life, I’ll never forget it. Thank you for a brilliant experience. All the staff here are so friendly and professional, they really care about you. It is worth every penny. I am going back in a couple of months for my third visit to have a 4D scan. I had this with my first pregnancy and it was a phenomenal experience so I cannot wait. Highly recommend any scan here. Thank you all so very much for one of the best moments of my life to date!

We came in for a free rescan because during our first 3D ultrasound our baby had her hands covering her face. The female sonographer was absolutely amazing. She truly did her best and didn’t give up on us at all. She patiently advised us to try different things to help move the baby into a better position and showed so much care and dedication.

She was such a kind and excellent person, and it was clear how much she cared about helping us see our baby’s face. Thanks to her efforts, our baby finally moved and we got to see her. We are so grateful for the experience.

I would definitely recommend having your scan with this lady sonographer – she was fantastic from start to finish.

I booked an early scan with Hey Baby and had a great experience. Beautiful, clean clinic. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. They talked us through the scan and it was great that both my husband and I were able to view it on the big screen. Overall we had a great experience and got the reassurance we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get an early private or even additional scan!

Parking is a bit of a nightmare — mostly street parking, so you may need to circle around to find a spot. We managed to find one up the side road by Waitrose.

On entering, there were two ladies at reception. One (a white lady) was very accommodating, greeted us warmly, asked a few questions, and requested the remaining payment straight away. The other black lady, however, just stared at us without saying anything, which made the initial welcome feel a bit awkward and uninviting.

Thankfully, I was seen quickly by the sonographer, which was a huge relief as I was desperate for the loo. The sonographer herself was absolutely amazing — so polite, kind, and reassuring. Because it was early, she explained that a transvaginal scan would be best. It was slightly uncomfortable, but she made me feel at ease the whole time and was able to show us the baby, giving us the reassurance we needed.

The whole appointment was quick — about 15 minutes in total. Afterwards, I was asked to select pictures. Being new to this, I wasn’t sure how, but one of the staff kindly helped me choose, print, and place them in an envelope.

Overall, the service is very much “in and out” — efficient, but not particularly personal or special. The sonographer really was the highlight of the experience, and she’s the reason I’d say it was worthwhile.

After some much needed reassurance Hey Baby Enfield was amazing! Very efficient, on time and emotion sensitive, they are also great value for money.

Had a great time at the clinic for our baby’s 4D scan. Baby clearly had other plans! She spent most of the time playing hide and seek with the sonographer, but luckily, the sonographer was an absolute gem, so chatty, patient, and determined to get a peek at that little face. We laughed the whole way through and left with some adorable (and slightly mysterious) images. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxed experience even if your baby’s camera shy!

I have had quite a few ultrasounds here since I got pregnant and have had the same good experiences.❤️❤️ The staff is very friendly, calm, helpful and they have always made me feel good and relaxed. I’m very grateful for this experience!🤗❤️

An absolutely Amazing experience! We booked in for the wellbeing 4D scan and the experience from start to finish was just fantastic. We were made to feel relaxed, everything was explained slowly and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The sonographer spent time checking everything was ok, as well trying her best to find the best images of our babies for us. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go again!

We went for a gender scan, having been before and following a great experience for the early pregnancy scan. This experience was no different, everyone was friendly and pleasant. The sonographer spent a lot of time on busting she had all the right angles to give us the gender, this wasn’t easy given the baby was moving about a lot! She was very reassuring throughout and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely clinic, looks clean and professional. Staff as well are lovely and make you feel relaxed. Allowed my 6year old into the scan which made it a really nice experience for him.

After experiencing a terrible experience with another company on the same day we phoned and Hey Baby managed to fit me in the same day!
