I can't recommend HTL highly enough. The education around market structure, liquidity, and price action has completely transformed my trading. What once felt complicated is now clear and structured, allowing me to approach the markets with confidence and consistency. I can not boast enough about Mel and her phenomenal team, whose guidance, patience, and expertise have been invaluable throughout my journey. Honesty, integrity & trust...

The thing about finding a trading mentor that no one tells you about is that a lot of them can't be trusted, hardly any of them are honest about their systems, and, because of that, most of them don't have integrity.

The opposite is true here. Mel teaches her systems methodically and explains them at the level you're at so you can understand them, grow and get to the next level.

Mel, her team and her community show the proof is in the pudding with her community constantly seeing success.
Don't get me wrong, trading is hard work, YOU have to put the effort in but in this community you're supported, held accountable and encouraged to keep going which makes it so much easier to build confidence in the trading world.

I have been a member of Her Trading Lounge since the beginning, and I cannot recommend this community enough. Mel is a mentor who wants you to succeed, she will give you all the information, she does not gate keep anything and she will be your biggest cheerleader. Mel's strategies work, it is as simple as that. If you follow the strategy and put in the work the success will come. I started trading in May 2024 and joined Mel in October 2025. I was not profitable until I started following the rules and strategy that Mel taught and I am now proud to say that i am regularly pulling money from the market. The actual HTL community is so supportive and the help and advice from community members as well as the HTL team is second to none. I’ve been part of Her Trading Lounge, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my trading journey. When it comes to trading there is so much noise out there… so many shiny objects and honestly after looking around not much substance.

People either over simplify or over complicate and then don’t follow through with the nuts and bolts of what you actually have to do to be successful.

I’ve been part of a lot of educational spaces over the years, and I can honestly say this trading community stands apart from the rest. What makes it different is that it’s not built around hype, flashy lifestyles, or “get rich quick” promises. It’s built around education, discipline, analysis, adaptability, and learning the actual craft of trading.

The mentor leading this community is not just someone teaching theory from a textbook. She is an active professional day trader trading live in real market conditions, which matters because today’s markets are constantly evolving. Markets are living, breathing environments impacted by economics, world events, liquidity, volatility, and news. What worked six months ago may not work today, and one of the most valuable things taught here is how to analyze market conditions and pivot when necessary instead of becoming rigid in one way of thinking.

What I appreciate most is that the education goes far beyond “entries.” You learn real market structure, confluences, probability, risk management, emotional discipline, and multiple entry methods so traders can begin developing their own edge over time. The focus is not on blindly copying trades, but on learning how to think critically and independently as a trader.

The community itself is also incredibly supportive and inclusive, especially for beginners. New traders are encouraged to ask questions, journal, self-analyze, and grow without shame or ego. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on courses to learn how to trade. Every single course I took including through university was woefully inadequate. They all lacked something.

Most if not all of them were taught by trained educators that were not traders. The courses were all designed to be a cash cow with the student being a constant source of revenue. The courses were never designed to help you learn, apply and execute trades in any asset with the information that they gave the students.

I have searched for years (literally) for something that could help me survive in the ever increasing cost of living scenario we face in Canada. I found it. More importantly it works. Mel Reed is a trader and a successful one. She is a mother and is extremely family oriented. She treats her community of students that she has built like a family.

She will call you out when you are not following the systems that she teaches. She celebrates your wins with you and for you. She cleans you up after you fall down and poop your pants. She guides you gently into a world that is so foreign to most. And she cares. In the six months that I have been with her I have watched people that knew nothing, absolutely nothing turn into 6 figure traders. And they are consistent, very consistent.

Everyone on the internet has an edge. A special indicator, A "trick" to beat the market. " buy a lambo in only 3 months of trading", "Twenty dollars is all it takes to make a million", "sign up for our system and set yourself up for life". Well I'm sure you have heard them all too. All of these have something in common. They are crap plain and simple.

To be a trader you have to understand things about the market that only a successful trader understands. Mel is a trader first. She shares her wins and her losses with her students. She analyzes the wins to teach you why the market did what it did. She analyzes her losses with you to teach you what went wrong so you can spot it in the future. Invaluable information.

This is the only course that I have taken that teaches you the intricacies of the market. It is the only place that teaches structure, application, execution and analytical strategies that are actually helpful. Did I mention execution?

If you want to give yourself the freedom that you crave, the time to your children and family that is taken away everyday while you are at work, the freedom from stress of having enough money at the end of the month then you need to put in the work.

There is no sense putting in the work to climb a hill that is covered in ice. You don't get to the top. Mel gives you the cleats to bite into the ice and move forward to the top of the hill. She gives you the tools, the knowledge, the guidance, she gives everything that you need to be free.

You still have to do the work. No one is coming to save you. So learn the craft and save yourself and your family from never ending stress. This is the place to do that.

I was introduced to trading in January 2024, and this lounge has finally made me a believer that trading can be profitable, consistent and provide a life changing income. The energy in the group is 10/10, its fun, inclusive and so uplifting.

Mel cut out my gambling, over risking and FOMO type trading I was previously doing. I'm now focusing on market structure and disciplined risk management from her teaching.
