Working with Hero Time has been great! They are extremely helpful in answering any questions. As a first-time creator, I have had a lot of questions and Hero Time has guided me through the process of making a great, high-quality card game! Their team is full of capable professionals in many areas of the game-creation scene, and I have felt like my game has been handled with care. They are flexible and timely and I will definitely work with Hero Time again on future projects!

I reached out to many companies to manufacture my game, Super Battle Pets. I had a complicated scenario, and it was tough to communicate with most manufacturers, whose responses were usually short and tough to decipher.

The folks at Hero Time were always the first to respond, their responses were clear, and they went out of their way to come up with a creative solution that fit my needs and budget.

They're the only manufacturing company I've worked with where I feel 100% confident that any question or problem I have will be resolved on their end.

When someone is doing the best they can to help a new start up game producer it makes the hurdles not seem so high. The information he provides on his site to help in the manufacturing and graphics design portion of game board development was essential to a good final product. Hats off to Herotime. I will be using them for my next game!

In early 2023, Aethermon Studios reached out to Hero Time to learn more about the manufacturing process of tabletop games. We organized a video call with Hersh and were impressed by the depth of his knowledge and his passion for independent tabletop games.

Based on our positive interactions, we chose Hero Time as our manufacturing partner for Aethermon: Collect, ordering 3000 units in May.

I’ll be honest, a couple of things went wrong along the way. But when we discovered a problem, we were in direct contact with Hersh within minutes, the games were recalled, then Hersh and his team went to great lengths to find a solution.

In the end we were incredibly happy with the final product.

HeroTime made making my game a painless and stress-free process. I had to have them match the components from a game that I previously printed at another company and it came out looking almost exactly the same! (In fact better in many areas!). Hershel was nothing but patient and helpful, and even when there was an issue with a supplier we solved the issue and he got me the games in time for when I needed them. I recommend reaching out if you want to work with a great company! They will work hard to try and get it right!

Hero Time provides excellent customer service and advice. I could not have got my game on the shelves without them. They have vast knowledge and experience in the game industry, and I found them a perfect fit for my needs. I was new to the industry and game development and I had a lot to learn. Hersh guided me through the whole process via email and video calls. He had information pdf's on hand and he did not hesitate to advise best practices whilst keeping the prices really low. It is an unusual game with Triangle cards (Trigahex). The upload of files and the approval process was really easy, and I'm extremely happy with the quality. The games were super quick at the busiest time of year, so I was able to fulfill some orders for Christmas. I cannot thank Hersh and the team enough.

My business partner and I had a great game idea but were newbies to the business/product production world. Absolutely everything was difficult about our journey EXCEPT the manufacturing and delivery of the product to us. Hersh at Hero Time was an absolute godsend. Printing in a different country is scary, especially if you do it first time, but Hersh & HeroTime made it so easy and comfortable! We used Hero Time for our second ever card game (Watch Hockey Get Drunk) and we needed lots of help since we were so new. Hero Time held our hand the entire way. Answered every questions and gave great suggestions that made our game better. And their price point is pretty great too!
