I was looking for hairy rabbit ears for my dogs. In particular, one kilogram bag and in google search an offering from heron's pet world, came up at a good price, much better than the usual sources that I get from and roughly half the price so I ordered 2 kg, which to my surprise came the morning of the next day. Now i've ordered from other places before and they vary in delivery times, in fact one I had to email and ask them if there was a problem was the order because I hadn't heard anything. It was over a week I had to wait and they are popular...If ever you search for natural dog treats, they come up right there in google search and can't complain about the products, but when I need the treats now, I need them now, not next week. So having a response like this from Herons Pet World was amazing, with super quick delivery, quicker than Amazon, Amazon would only come in afternoon.. needless to say the dogs got treated.

From start to finish service price second to none.if my fish could talk they would second that .you can defanatly see the difference in how my fish respond since starting feeding them Herons food. Thank you

I ordered fish pond sticks and Evri managed to lose them. I contacted Heron and they replied to my email straight away and arranged to be delivered by FedEx and I received them less that 24 hours from when I first emailed. First class service, I have used them before never had a problem with delivery before. I highly recommend Heron’s Pet World, customer service 10 out of 10 x

I've been using Heron's for a few years now and cannot rate them highly enough. I wouldn't buy my goldfish food anywhere else. Great products, amazing prices, very quick dispatch, convenient packaging and fabulous customer service results in very happy goldfish!

Had a bit of trouble with delivery and heron sorted it out fast and got my delivery the very next day. Great customer service and the fish stick look great to at a reasonable price will definitely be using this company again.

I ordered some fish food but Evri decided to lose the delivery. I contacted Herons and explained that I needed it quickly and they fedex me a replacement immediately. Brilliant customer service. Still nothing from evri……

Came across them by accident and orderd some stuff. Done it back to front and looked at the reviews after purchase. Saw a few bad ones & thought mmmm. However stuff came next day no fuss easy to open/close bags. Fish seem pleased enough with it.
Went on and put in another order also next day delivery. Doubt you will find anything cheaper. All in all great experience will be using here from now on.

My item hadn't arrived when expected & they sent me another immediately. I then found the item in the bottom of my post box and I offered to pay for the replacement I didn't need which they then gave me without charge. That's what I call excellent customer service & I will order from them again.

My order got lost in the post. Thought I'd have problems but no. Herons pet world sent a replacement immediately. Very good value as well. Will definitely order my koi food from them in the future. Great company

Have used herons fish food for two years. Ordered a bag and it arrived quickly but both wrapping and inner bag was torn. I had only lost a small amount and asked for £5 refund. Instead they quickly sent me a new bag. Delighted with service

I order a lot of tropical fish food from these guys my fish love it, In fact they don't really eat anything else. I always thought fish ate anything but hey ho, now I know.
