I ordered a premium plastic mini a while back and I just received it today, about 4 weeks later. The mini is amazing quality, well printed and just what I had expected. The delivery took a while, but I ordered at the beginning of December, so the delay is understandable. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mini was shipped from the Netherlands, so I didn't have to get my mini through customs. If you're not in a rush to get the mini, then Heroforge is definitely the place to order.

Love this website for our 3D printer! So many good options to get my characters how I want them and then being able to play with the paint tool so I don't waste trying to figure out colors for the figure/character. STLs work well both types of printers (resin and filament), though I do suggest the resin more!

I recently ordered one of the newer custom color miniatures from HeroForge and the mini itself does not dissapoint. Each color was vivid, and even small details (like face paint, and earring color) were crisp.

During the order fufillment process, one of the renders looked odd, and out of place. When I brought up the concern, the CS team got back to me in record time and assured that everything would be correct or they'd refund me. Lo and behold, it was as great (and more) as they said.

Definitely recommend, and will definitely order from again.

I LOVE HERO FORGE! I use it all the time for myself, and even started using it with my business partners.

How? Because Hero Forge makes the most badass virtual character creator on the Internet, we keep coming back every time we need to up-skill ourselves in some way.

We create characters that helps us visualize what we're trying to overcome, what we're trying to learn, what we want to embody, etc. Then we hold onto that image while we work, using it as a reminder like a stage performer posting #goals photos.

Hero Forge is amazing and I'm emotionally invested in its success because it's the type of character generator I've literally always dreamed of. The amount of customization is bonkers, and I love the community-added features. I'm excited to see what they do in the future!

Hero Forge is so much more than a miniature creator! We use it to see ourselves creatively, by regularly re-creating the Selves We Need to Become, challenging ourselves to change and grow when we need to level up our real-life.

Might sound cheesy but, Hero Forge has helped us do more than create cool visualizations for games--though of course, it's great at that too! It's helped us get through creative and skill-level blocks by creating motivational miniatures that inspire us to be the magical beings of our dreams.

I love Hero Forge! Their online tool has helped me conceptualize so many characters both for in person and online tabletops! Their brass figures are so high quality, I've had one for three years now and it's just as shiny as the day it arrived!

I got a goblin mini a while back, and I just love it to bits. The color was so vibrant, and the details, even for such a small character, were flawless. I'm love having here there on game days!

Hero Forge is awesome! The tool is really intuitive to use, and they keep adding new content and pieces to choose when creating a character. Their 3D printing service is totally worth it, as I’ve tried printing the models on my home printer and have struggled to get it to come out right.

HeroForge has an excellent interface (which works surprisingly well on mobile), and a great deal of control over the resulting character model. I've built 4 characters so far and have printed 3 of them. All of my minis had fine details and were without defects. I've seen reviews that the coloring isn't the best, but as someone who HATES to paint, I'll happily take a less-detailed color job for the privilege of not having to do it myself.

I got into DnD just before the pandemic, which was lucky because playing remotely was definitely one of the things that kept us sane! Part way through, we all made up our characters on HF and I was delighted at the massive range of customization available. I'm really picky in design, and rarely find off-the-shelf stuff that makes me happy.

Now, most of our party has custom minis from HF, and it adds so much to our game! You can add little details (like glow-in-the-dark paint) on arrival, but the quality of print is amazing just as it is. So cool what printers can do these days!

The mini figure creation process is amazing! My party had a blast tweaking our models to match our imagination of our characters, and then we were all really impressed with the full color prints! For a long campaign, having “correct” minis made a world of difference to how immersive combat felt.

I was excited to get an already painted, customised miniature figure from Hero Forge since they were high on Google.

It took me quite some time to customise my character and I went through all the options that was relevant to my character. I put in my order, paid the EXORBITANT price for it and waited for it to arrive.

It arrived via UPS (which by the way, is an extremely horrific courier service) and when I excitedly unwrapped my figure, I was 100% let down.

The paint was terrible and not fully painted. The details are minimal and I am NOT happy about this.

I will never in my life, promote this ROGUE trading company. Their "product" is lower than sub par and they should honestly be put in administration.

I've been a tabletop gamer for 15 years and this is the most immature and grossly inflated price for a mini and a "paint" job.

I have an Elegoo Mars Pro 2 resin printer and I thought it was high time to start using it for TTRPG minis. I had a bit of trepidation having had some issues with stock minis in the past.

Despite the reservations, I set out to create the PC party and put maybe up to an hour into each design (there's so many options and I wanted to get it as right as possible). I more or less ignored any sense of printability in my design process and just went for what I wanted characters to look like.

They worked out really well on-screen and screenshots were taken for character sheets and so on. I then embarked on grabbing STL file with rather more trepidation. $7.99 per file is not an unreasonable price - not the sort I'd pay for Goblin Warrior #4 but well worth it for PCs.

The files were quick to arrive (a few minutes at most) and very detailed. I created supports, sliced, checked, created supports, sliced... etc around the usual iterations and eventually threw them at the printer.

The results were so much better than I expected them to be - a real vindication of the service and the process and the effort.

Hero Forge took a year and a half after its Kickstarter was funded to finally roll out one of the features I had been waiting for - and it was crushingly disappointing. A year prior, when I had learned how long it would take for these features to become available, I had requested a refund - and was told by their "customer service" essentially "tough cookies."
So finally, when I determined that the feature I had waited so long for was utter crap, I completed my order and received a very unimpressive miniature that, although 3D printed in color, has a strange "glitter" effect all over it - even on areas that should have no shine.
Total waste of the $44 for an unimpressive plastic miniature with weird coloration.

I should've looked at the buying options before spending hours perfecting my miniature. I played around with paints a lot to get it to be just right, thinking I could get it to look at least a little bit like that when buying the final product. But, no, the colored, printed version is atrocious! I really don't see the point in having all these glossy paints if I'll have to paint it myself.

I made miniature for my D&D game and there was a mix up on my end. I accidentally purchased an stl with $$ and not with my credits. I contacted customer support and they were AMAZING. They were fast to respond and got the situation solved. They refunded my $$ and redacted 1 credit from my account.

The miniature creation tool is fantastic and is very very easy to create whatever you’re looking for. The prices are very reasonable. The coloring options are fantastic as well. I haven’t seen any other miniature creation tool this great ever.

HeroForge is amazing and I’ll be purchasing from them more in the times to come.

My very first, and also very last order from this company was not delivered and I am given a run around on getting any help resolving this issue. Way too expensive to be “lost” in the mail! Save money and buy a printer, there are many, many more affordable and reliable sources to get stl files to print!

Love love love this site. The customization is what I’ve been looking for forever. It comes at a price but I’m willing to pay (for now). They also give the option to download the 3D print file which made me grab a 3D printer.
