This is not a US company even though they use the US flag in their marketing and product ships from a US State. Returns are required to go to the UK. Buyer beware.

All orders are subscriptions.

They have strong marketing skills and poor customer service.

The product did not work for me and they wouldn't allow a cancellation of subscription in a timely manner.

After providing them with my order number thru trust pilot their response is they can't find my information and requested I should reach out to them. I did this the day my subscription renewed and asked to cancel and they refused. They said the order must be shipped, received and inspected before I could request a return, which I did. It was then that they informed me the product had to be returned to the UK. Return shipment to the UK is ridiculous, especially since the product was shipped to me from Utah.

And today (6/3/2026) I received notification of a "partial" refund ($27 on my $104 order). Funny that they can give me a partial refund but they can't find any information on an order number.

I was on the website and about to order, but I always check the reviews on Trustpilot first. The website claims to have 5 star Trustpilot reviews, but in reality they have only 1 5 star review which is from someone who has only made 1 review (that one). The other reviews are 1 star and low star. So, they are falsely making claims on their website about positive reviews. So, I have decided to NOT make my order.

This company added collagen to their product but when I reordered “her again” they sent me the old version and tried to claim they had just changed the outer casing I asked more than 6 times to send me the collagen containing product but this never got resolved very dissatisfied with customer service

If I could leave zero stars I would. This product was terrible - did nothing to alleviate joint pain and made other peri menopause symptoms much worse. When I tried to seek a full refund within the 60 days as promised in their marketing, they gave a false address which is not recognized by the mail service. When tried to clarify, they insisted the address was correct but gave a different post code which was also rejected by Australia Post. Then, to compound the issues, while I was negotiating the return/refund, they stole a further payment from my account claiming I had a subscription. I never signed up for a subscription and when I complained they refused to stop the second delivery nor to refund the money. This company is a total scam. Extremely unethical and dodgy. Do not waste your money or time with them.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, and while it’s not an overnight miracle, I honestly noticed my joints feeling less stiff, especially in the mornings. I mainly bought it for knee and back discomfort, and it has helped me move around more comfortably during the day.

What I appreciate most is that the company kept me updated on my order, and the product arrived in good condition. Customer support was also polite and responsive when I had a question about my shipment.

Everyone’s body is different, but for me, it’s been a helpful addition to my daily routine, and I plan to continue using it.
