So far, I’m really happy with it! I’ve had the Hera Aqua for about two weeks and the difference is honestly quite noticeable. The water feels much softer and smoother, and my scalp has stopped itching completely. My dandruff has also gone.

Interestingly, one of my family members has also had an area of sensitive skin that had been bothering them for quite a while, and that has improved as well since we started using it.

It’s only been two weeks, so I’ll see how it goes long term, but so far I’m really pleased with it and glad I bought it.

The product simply does the work, I live in a really hard water area, so I could feel the difference dramatically. However, it requires to regen in less than 2 weeks of time, in case of mine for a 2 people household. You’ll know when it needs to regen as you could feel it, or you could use their test kit to do a quick test.

I’ve been using the Hera Aqua water softener for about 10 days now, and I’m really impressed with it so far.

It was very easy to install and doesn’t take up much space. The first couple of showers felt a little funny because the water is “slippery” compared with what I was used to (hard water).

After using it for 10 days, though, I’m really enjoying the difference. The biggest change I’ve noticed is with my hair , it feels much softer and smoother.

I even tried without using conditioner, and my hair was still surprisingly smooth!

Hera Aqua is is the easiest way to actually soften your water! The softener comes in minimal packaging and with straightforward instructions - took about 10 mins from unboxing to testing it out. It takes up very little space, sitting easily beneath our shower shelf. So far it's been just what we wanted; you can feel the difference on hair and skin and no limescale build-up in the past two weeks since we started using it. We highly recommend!

Unlike the cheap shower filters from Amazon, Hera Aqua actually removes limescale and makes the water soft. Previously, I had a Harvey softener but it only softened my hot water due to our pipe configuration. Hera Aqua is a life-saver as it doesn't need access to the pipes. I just had to twist and install it between the shower water source and the shower head. Now I have fully soft water at less than a tenth of the price. The only thing to note is that I need to flush it with salt water ( dissolve 500g of Tesco table salt in the water tank that comes with the product) every month.
