I reached out to hempstrol customer service and Mr Sandeep the pharmacist was outrightly rude and commercial.
Instead of asking me about the health condition he asked me which brand I had used before - then he made a statement saying we serve celebrities and politicians so we hv a high price range starting 20k or +
After querying that - these products are not within a common man's range - he blew his top and said this product is not meant for you - so much for a medical product where the focus is making money and not solving people's issues.

I had reached out to get guidance on cannabis treatment from Mr. Sandeep - but he was defensive, commercial and condescending.
You expect me to become your customer
with this kind of attitude in the first call - where he's clearly telling that it starts from 20k even without knowing about the patient's condition

Outright rude and elitist behavior - are you selling medication or you're q luxury brand - being boastful of seving celebrities and politicians

I tried their THC oil and it is not effective at all. Didn’t improve my sleep. As others have mentioned, it is very sticky, tastes very bad and smells like grease oil

Seems like they are selling hemp seed oil rather than actual plant and buds. Super costly if you are expecting to get high forget it.

I ordered the 1000 mg skin and pain balm. At the outset, I had to repeatedly call the company to follow up on delivery as there were no order updates on their website. Secondly, there were no instructions to use or apply the product except not to leave it in sunshine. I was told not to massage it in. The product was hard and very difficult to remove and apply. On calling Hempstrol, one Mr Sandeep said it was hard as the product is natural and that people put it in the microwave before application. Apart from the fact that I do not possess a microwave, it is suprising that the company would suggest using a microwave on a natural product (that too with no prior instructions). I heated the product on the stove but after heating and before applying, it solidified again and couldn't be applied. I spoke to Mr Sandeep on 25 April and he said he would speak to his "product team" . He knew the urgency of my request. It has been 1 week and there has been no response. Amazingly on 25 April he suggested leaving it in the sunshine when the product says to the contrary. Terrible service. I demand a refund forthwith.

Very good product fast delivery very effective

While opening the bottle, the glass chipped a little and some glass particles/sand well into the bottle.

Had to throw out the bottle. That’s for a poorly made product and wasting my money and time.

I am previously using cannabis medication but this product is no use I asked hempstrol pharmacist as well he recommended to stop taking any cannabis medicine for 2 days then try using this then it will work. I tried that too but the hempstrol thc super dominant is not effective for me so that reasons I am giving 1 star they mentioned it’s thc super dominant but I didn’t see it

The doctor told me to have two drops of the oil I had ordered, & do yoga etc. but forgot to tell me that the oil is a semisolid but sent in a bottle and it smells and tastes like industrial grease/oil. And stains everything it touches. How can anyone make such a product and expect people to eat it. At least make a capsule so it’s easier to consume.
Can’t say anything about the efficacy because i haven’t been able to eat it.
