I had an excellent experience with Help2Collect from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, professional, and efficient. From the initial phone call, the customer service team were friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. Booking the collection was completely seamless and very convenient.

I was especially impressed that they were able to arrange a next day collection, which was fantastic. On the day itself, I received a courtesy call around 30 minutes before arrival, which was really appreciated and made things much easier.

The driver was professional, polite, and absolutely fantastic, punctual, respectful, and handled everything quickly and carefully. It’s wonderful to know that donated clothing and household items are being used to raise money for charities and support such worthwhile causes.

This is an organisation that takes your unwanted clothes for children’s charities. When you organise collection you can choose the charity you want the sale of your clothes to go to. They reply within 24 hours and give you a collection date. If you are thinking of donating your clothes this is an amazing way to do it.
