Refusing tracking number
Made an online purchase and the vendor used Shopify for checkout and shipping. Shopify refuses to give me a tracking number unless I download their app - which I will not do.

Shopify's technology-grand as the company's claims are-for patrons of retailers using the platorm-can be painful. We've had repeated problems simply checking out. Among other things, it clings to old Credit Card info and addresses. It took almost an hour today to simply buy some bagels. We were billed twice (in diff amounts) for the same thing.
I am the owner of [bbxxzy-2j.myshopify.com].
My Shopify Payments account was closed months ago and my funds were placed under 120-day reserves.
The problem is:
I no longer have access to my Shopify admin, so I cannot see my chargebacks, refunds, or reserve balances.
I have opened more than 5 support tickets over the last 2 months. Every time, support tells me they will escalate to the “dedicated team” but I never receive a single reply.
I keep losing all chargebacks automatically since I cannot access my panel to respond.
Shopify is holding thousands of euros/dollars of my money and I have no clarity on the remaining balance or release dates.
As of current date, I should have already received part of the funds (120 days after the first reserve), but nothing has been released. Instead, Shopify imposed additional holds and now I have zero visibility.
This situation is unacceptable: I am deprived of access to my own financial records and capital, with no clear communication from Shopify. I kindly ask Shopify to contact me to provide a consolidated payout statement:
Total funds withheld
Chargebacks/refunds deducted
Remaining balance
Exact release dates
Until I receive a proper response, I cannot recommend Shopify to any serious business.
