I thought that this was the page for the brilliant UK brand helloSKIN but have realised that this is a totally different brand, nevertheless helloSKINs eye masks are the best I’ve tried!

Disappointing
The product I received - Zeroderm - is definitely not the same product as when I bought a tub from the chemist. This stuff I received doesn’t even absorb into the skin. I found blue bits of paper in the tub and lots of air bubbles. The product seemed watered down and thinner than the authentic product. The packaging seemed fake. They say they offer returns, but do not include free returns postage.

Very satisfied with the orders I have made and the usefull information contained in your emails. The effect of the E45 products I have tried have been better than the Double Base recommended by my doctor for my ecxema, which I suspect is caused by reaction from water tablets I take for Heart Failure.

Small Item put in a box is not helpful
small item that can fit to my box mail, but helloskinshop put in a box, so I need to go in post office to collect it if Im not around... post offfice is 15 minutes away from home....

Extremely disappointed
I see I am not the only person who got their review removed. I suffer eczema and the product I bought form HelloSkin just made it worse. I read it's part of Leopharma but what kind of genuine organisation takes down honest reviews from their customer. Very disappointing.

Dishonest product reviews
I reviewed a product and stated I had a reaction to it. Within weeks the review was taken down and replaced with high ranking reviews. Dishonest!
There was nothing sensitive about my review other than saying it caused a reaction and I would not be buying it again.

At last, a company that really puts the customer first. The customer service, delivery and products are outstanding. Their website is easy to use and follow and their prices are very competitive. If you suffer from dry skin, eczema or psoriasis, go to Helloskin. You won't be disappointed.
