I was lied to about the scope of what they would provide. The sales person for the mastermind literally did a bait and switch on me from what was said verbally on the phone to what she said after I signed the contract. I was 100% bamboozled into signing a contract. They offered zero support in making anything better. So disheartening because the mission of the company is so powerful, but unfortunately delivery is not only lacking in business execution, it's also lacking in any human empathy. I would never recommend them to anyone and it's sad that that has to be the case.

It's a low value online course because it's so superficial and short.

Example: If you're a brand new business (h0/h1), the only marketing medium they encourage is to tap into your immediate network of family and friends to get your first few clients. That's it. It fails to mention any other strategy or tactic. Immediate network fails to consider that they may not be the target audience, at all.

The charming beautiful founder is never around. She doesn't attend coaching calls. She doesn't show up in the FB group. She's gone 90%+ of the time, in the 3 months I was a member.

Even though this group is feminist and liberal friendly community, it also has its fair share of religious nut jobs who promote quackery like tarot card readings, spiritual rituals, astrology, metaphysics, masculine energy, and tried/true human engineered dogma.

I could not believe that people would say things like "I changed my business strategy because of a tarot card reading." Nonsense was next level madness.

During a 10k in 10 day challenge, 150+ paying members were largely left under the guidance of 2 part-time coaches, who were present for coaching calls for about 4-6 hours total. Much of the program depended on a 10k workbook and video series. That's it.

The members were told to find mini masterminds to join for added support, but what they don't know is that the mastermind members failed to a great extent.

Example: One mastermind group I was in had 10 members, 9/10 didn't make any money. A second mastermind group, I was in, had 35 members, 0 of them made any money during the challenge.

The mental toll of failing so hard during the challenge left so many people upset or depressed by the outcomes which is why so few people showed up to the "celebration" event.

They lean heavily on their Facebook private group for peer to peer support to the extent that members are almost dependent on the generosity of peers to get responses because the business coaches are not actively replying to members. The part-time coaches might take 4-6 business days to respond to a question. It's far too slow.

The coaching business model while highly profitable, fails to deliver a meaningful experience.

While they love to tout big numbers like "X million" sales made, the reality is 70-90% of the people who participated in their 10k challenge didn't achieve any sales.

The people who make $100k in 10 days already had an established businesses, email list, waitlist, pending contracts, nurtured leads, sales practices, business experience, 12+ months of prep, etc. to be able to earn that much in 10 days. It is a false win to say that the money was "earned" in 10 days with so many pre-existing assets/skills/systems in place.

Rachel not showing up to coaching calls is like paying for a Beyonce show, only to have some unknown musical understudy give the concert instead. 😆 I didn't sign up for those other unknown coaches.

The course content itself on Hello7 is fairly common knowledge: create an offer, find clients, iterate and improve business. It's not some kind of secret sauce that's genuinely proprietary.
