I ordered two Her's vinyl records last year and they never arrived. I sent emails and went to the post offices to ask, but they never responded. They only sent two emails saying they didn't know what had happened and that it wasn't their fault, so I practically lost $80. Never got any refund.
Fantastic
I have no idea what others are talking about. I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They had a record I had been after for ages. The price was reasonable. The shipping cost all the way to New Zealand was reasonable (up to $100 less than I had seen elsewhere), and I got the record in two weeks, which is incredibly fast from the USA to NZ. I couldn't be happier with them.

The worst shipment system ever. I bought a t-shirt, the tracking code showed the item "in transit" for a month and a half. Finally I got an email stating the parcel was delivered, only to find out that the package got actually sent back to the USA cause it was "with your local post office for about 20 days". Turns out, I had to check an "alternate tracking ID under shipment details"? Alternate tracking code nowhere to be found ofc. I only had a partial refund.

Used staking sling 2 times(on crossbow). Went to use 3rd time and the button assembly was broken. Sent photo to Hellomaterial showing broken button snap (very thin piece of plastic).They stated it was my fault it broke and would send me a replacement part unless I paid for it.
I contacted them again for an explanation how they determined I was at fault.they never responded.
The quality of the sling does not warrant the price. Additionally the Customer Service sucks.
Great produce but poorly packaged
Great produce but poorly packaged. No refunds and no replacements unless you pay for postage! I wouldn't mind so much but they don't package $150 LPs well enough to protect them. Rare Signed Devo album with dents. Clearly not music lovers!
I have had mixed results with Hello…
I have had mixed results with Hello Merch. They've quickly shipped some hard-to-find merchandise. But I've had several experiences like this: I ordered two albums on July 8. I received an email on July 25 with a USPS tracking number. Today is October 10, and USPS still shows the item as preshipment, awaiting delivery. Needless to say, the two albums have not been delivered to me.

Scam or just bad idk
I ordered back in february and never received my order. Lost in Transit. They said they will not give me my money back or send the product again. Then they even stopped responding to my E-Mails. Just terrible, do not order here.
Great quality, good shipping
Purchased and placed my order of a CD on the 27th of May and arrived on the 10th of June shipping to NZ. Package came in great condition, as described, and quick.
Smooth service and good vfm
I ordered and only then saw these reviews so was bracing for myslef....BUT, they were excellent for me. Ordered from UK on 15th May, arrived on 30th May. Good vfm given the price. So, I am more than happy with this company.
payed for a pre-ordered hoodie early…
payed for a pre-ordered hoodie early december. was somewhat skeptical after having read reviews on the site. touched base with their customer service and was somewhat reassured as my email was answered within an hour. tried to keep an open mind. by the third week of december, the send-out date had been reached and sure enough, i was notified that my article had been shipped via UPS. delivery took weeks but i do live in the middle of nowhere in france. the hoodie is cheap but i have seen worse. same goes for the print, which is very rough to the touch. there is a line traced on the shoulder, obviously a marking made to center the content. i hope it will come out in the wash. i wouldn't necessarily recommend this company due to the cheapness of the materials and the fact that i suspect the merch isn't official but rather bootlegged. but if you're looking for something obscure and hard to find like i was, i guess one can expect an obscure, shady company to provide. and provide they did.
Placed an order in February for items…
Placed an order in February for items from 3 different artists. One of the items was a pre-order due to release in April. I contacted the company to ensure all other items would be set aside. I was assured all items would be saved and shipped out once the pre-order dropped. Pre-order was pushed back to June 18th. I got a FedEx notification on the 18th that a label was created. Then an email came on the 21st telling me one of the items was out of stock despite having my account charged for it back in February. They never set adide my items as promised. No meaningful resolution offered despite my clear frustration. Then they took a other 6 days before shipping my items. So paid almost 5 months in advance and they still waited nearly 2 weeks after release to ship out. Completely terrible experience
Beyond Expectations
I was scared of ordering from this website after reading all the reviews: turns out everything went according to plan. Support answered a request of mine in a two days time, the tracking code was provided, and the vinyls arrived successfully in Italy!
Moreover, I had to cancel an order before this one and they refunded me completely.

Bestelling nooit aangekomen. Volgens track en trage vanuit douane Den Haag weer terug naar Amerika. Bestelling had een waarde van 45$ en ze geven een refund van 30$ min 5% opslagkosten. NOOIT meer !!
Concert Poster
While it did take almost a month to get my order (in fairness, they were closed during the Thanksgiving week and it was the holiday season), the concert poster was in great condition and it was sealed well for delivery. Customer service was responsive too.
Merch was lost in transit, Customer Service by email was great
Merch was lost in transit, and after about a week of emailing back and forth Chris was super helpful in getting in contact with the store and getting us sent a new set of the merch we ordered! Great Customer service, even though initial frustration because there was no phone number. But very responsive by email during working hours! 5 stars for Chris for customer resolution! I only gave 4 stars because no phone number to call, and initial lost package (though i realize this is more on usps).
When they can't even provide customer service
I purchased some merch thinking no problem order it in September says ship date the 15th of October, Okay cool. 15th comes and goes no information. I email them, they say o sorry we actually had some delays. Alright no problem it happens. They say November 15th is now the ship date. That date comes and goes. I email them on December 1 asking why I have not received any tracking information and I get no response they post a tracking label that has not even been picked up from their warehouse yet. Now this will definitely not be here before xmas. Completely some of the worst customer service where you have to nag them until they do their job absolutely a joke. Will not be ordering from them again.
Really poor qualitiy
Really poor qualitiy, i couldn't believe how bad it was. It feels like i could rip the hoodie apart just by looking at it.

Bought a T-shirt
Bought a T-shirt. Item turned up ok with no major delays to New Zealand. But unfortunately the quality of their shirt is poor. They print on cheap material, Like real cheap. Most company's in NZ use "AS Colour" now which offers really good quality shirts compared to what was available in 1997..... So yea wont buy from there again.
