We had recently started using rentals on trips vs hotels and have discovered a gem. Landing gave us a great place to stay in. Clean, well appointed, great rate and a staff willing to help. We will book through them again when we visit Pensacola.

I’ve had a really great experience with Landing so far. Their support team is super responsive and always quick to help whenever I’ve had a question or needed something. The unit itself was very clean, quiet, and well set up with all the amenities you’d want—especially if you’re traveling or working remotely.

Overall, it’s been a smooth and easy experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, furnished place with great support.

The apartment is great and very complete. The check in and out were very simple. Everything worked perfectly. I recommend it!!

We were never provided with a fob for the fitness center. When we went to the office to request one, the site manager was very rude and directed us to Shameka Turner, Hospitality Manager for Palm Breeze, Eastshore, and Westshore.

Instead of quickly resolving the issue, Shameka sent an email stating that only one fob is allowed per unit. However, since we were never given a fob in the first place, this should have been a simple email from her to the site manager authorizing us to pick one up. That was never done.

I have called and sent multiple requests, yet the issue remains unresolved.

I had another week reserved with Landing, but due to the lack of customer service and the difficulty in resolving what should have been a simple issue, I have canceled that reservation. This situation could have been fixed quickly, but the lack of responsiveness from both Shameka and the site manager has ensured that we will be using other companies going forward.

Donald is an awesome Area Manager in the Houston area. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! He helped put my mind at ease as he took time to personally assist me find a suitable stay during one of Houston’s peak seasons!! Thank U, Thank U Thank U!!

Easy to reserve. Apartment is clean and well appointed. Easy to communicate maintenance issues and taken care of in a timely manner. Good home away from home alternative to a hotel for extended stays.

The Landing was a real life saver when my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer as he needed treatment in a different state. We needed a furnished Apartment at a reasonable cost. We found the Landing. Everything can be taken care of digitally, but I ended up call to speak with a representative. I’m really glad I did, as Carlos always did what he could to help us considering our circumstances. Thank you Carlos! Thank you Landing.

Absolutely love my experience! True luxury, autonomy, and exceptional customer service at a reasonable cost. With precarity facing the U.S economy and declining social trust, Landing offers a refreshing new business model in the short-term rental space, providing a great degree of freedom in renting, coupled with accommodations of notable quality. I am hopeful that Landing's leadership will seize this opportunity to build and preserve trust and goodwill with their guests/members above all else, as this is the only way forward in a shuttering economy for an up-and-coming company with substantial potential.

The apartment was nice, clean and inviting. The only issue we had was with unlocking the door, but a call to the customer service line assisted us quickly. I would stay here again!

Everything went smoothly from our first contact through checkout. Instructions were detailed, timely and accurate. The quality of our unit was excellent. The amenities and features in the unit were well thought out. Communications were also excellent. It was perfect.

I would rate it a five, but I wasn’t able to spend the night the first night because of an alarm that no one came to help me take care of. It was loud, piercing and hurt my ears. It was great otherwise. Fix the actual physical service of a problem even on a weekend so that an alarm only gets taken care of by my having to call the fire department myself. Not upset anymore, but I shouldn’t be charged for the first night of my stay because I had to sleep in my car, and the next morning stay outside because still no one would come to take care of it. How people slept in that building that night, I do not know. Calling, the app, and texting was absolutely useless. Just fix that. Unit needs a step ladder, (towel bar was missing the entire stay even though I reported it), a hand held shower nozzle should be a must just to clean the shower, water wasn’t connected to washer and dryer, moisture sensor went off because it was sensing moisture in the air from the washer-dryer machine, had to be repositioned.

Our general manager Lora went above and beyond to make our stay great and quickly fix any issue we encountered. She is great!

Attentive team members who do their very best during each interaction. Life is not perfect and some times things don't go as expected. The Landing team makes things right when things go wrong. They strive to exceed expectations and work with the customer.
