Please please listen. Do NOT buy from this company. Firstly the pictures you see Do Not match the products you get. I’ve spent £36 to return the item to China and apparently China Post are sending back to me according to Royal Mail with no explanation. This company is went to great lengths to stop me from returning. This issue has been on going since November 24.

Please do not purchase from Helen-London, their products are poorly made, the shape and finish is wrong, and the materials cheap. But more significantly and shocking was the fact that I never received my purchase, they kept saying sorry for the delay, and then eventually I gave up and the said it had been delivered. This was their response to my request for refund:

'Dear Stefan,
Thank you for reaching out. We understand that you have not received your package, despite the tracking status showing as delivered. If you still cannot locate your package, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier or your local postal service. Unfortunately, as the tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you are able to retrieve your package soon. If you need any further details regarding your tracking information, please let us know. Best regards, Lisa

I did not receive my purchase and they are refusing to correct the situation they have put me in.

Same as all the other reviews. Clothes looked nothing like the original pictures and then wanted me to pay to ship the items back to China when I was kicking off about the quality of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Items are from China and does not mention its from China. Quality are extremely poor. They make you return back to China which costs arm and a leg. £180 jackets looks like £10 from market. Avoid avoid save your money.

The company is a total scam.
I ordered a Large sized pullover which turned out to be tiny when it finally arrived (shipping took nearly 3 weeks from China). This was back in November 2024.
Then the real problems started. Exasperated by their long emails offering various discounts instead of a return - I was eventually sent the return procedure details - which meant I had to pay £12 for a Tracked signed service to ship the pullover back to China. This shipment has now been held in Chinese customs since 9th December.
Whether I get anything back from Helen London is anyone’s guess…
Please take everyone’s advice on this site and DO NOT use or buy from them. They are frauds and a complete waste of time and money…I also intend to report Helen London to UK Trading Standards.

Ordered two jackets for size and nothing like the advert. Jackets should have been knee length and they were just above my ankle. Material awful, stiff and scratchy. Raw edges and not equal. I thought the company was in Solihull and turns out they are in Asia and I would have to foot the bill for the returns (over £50) Asked for a refund by email. I did get a response but was constantly asked if I would like a discount and to keep the coats. After lots of back and forth was told they would refund me £15 which I received!!!! I can't give them away, thats how bad they are. Do not use this company.

This is a fraudulent company! Do NOT shop here. Christmas present was bought for myself on this website but when it arrived, it looked nothing like the image, the material was terrible and the size measurements where well off. I would avoid shopping here at all costs and hope future customers read this review before purchasing anything here.

The Jackets ordered and received are sub standard. I ordered XL size when received it would not even be safe to label it as Small.
Have requested a re fund no reply. Will now be contacting Trading Standards.

Disgusting company, bought a jacket looks NOTHING like the advertised plus 3 sizes too small after lots of emails they refuse to refund, they finally sent a return form which going to cost me £30 to return for their misleading fraud I only wish I'd had come across these reviews before ever ordering from this disgraceful disgusting wen site Helen London needs to shut down stop robbing people of their hard earned money thiefes

Absolute trash. Ordered the a jacket it's arrived well after 2 weeks and it's a totally different jacket from what they was selling. I've got the tracking to the place where they counterfeit/ make the product. I'm sure with my tech knowledge I can find out all the scams site there running off. Can't wait to get my other price of garbage jacket.

I've messaged them not expecting a refund due to the nature of their business but I will dedicate my time to sharing anything related to their scam if the reply isn't favourable.

Fake, scam, counterfeit, don't give refunds, cheap Chinese clothes that are nothing like depicted on their website and adverts.

Ordered a leather and sheepskin coat as pictured in their ad ...what was sent was shocking and nothing like it ..I thought it was a joke!! Now I have the hassle of trying to get my money back .. apparently I have to email them with pictures of item but although you can email them back there is no attachment to do so ..looks like another Chinese scam

Terrible customer service. The clothing is very poor, offered a 25.% refund as returns costs ridiculous but still waiting for it!!! Don’t buy from here complete scam

Extremely poor quality material and stitching.

Do not buy from this Company therefore clothes are extremely poor quality and not worth purchasing no one would want to wear them. I purchased a coat complained was offered a 15% refund and keep the coat that I don't want. Returns to CHINA!!!! Cost of return more than the product.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a coat/jacket that looked amazing on line - I normally do my due diligence before buying on line but this one escaped my this time.
The coat is simply a bit of material, like a cheap piece of felt - which feels awful - just cut out, no edging, no detail - NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. I tried to return it - this is the first reply 'Instead of returning the products and incurring return costs, we'd like to offer you a special deal. You can keep the products, and as a token of appreciation for your purchase, you'll receive an attractive refund of 15% of the purchase price! Option 2: As a second alternative, we'd like to offer you a gift card worth 60% of the purchase amount. So, I have to pay a premium to return it to Asia - I won't bother but please, please, please do not buy from them!!! ALSO NOTE - I WANTED TO PUT A REVIEW ON THEIR PAGE BUT THERE IS NOWHERE TO DO THIS SO NOT SURE HOW THE 2185+ THEY STATE ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERS MANAGED TO PUT THEIR REVIEWS ON.

Do not buy from this website. Complete scam. Not made in London as advertised and extremely poor quality. I was advertised jeans, what came was plastic material. Not at all the product I ordered. £20 return cost for £40 item. They offered 25% refund, but I do not want the product.

It seems all these items come from Asia so sending back the trousers that don’t fit me is not straight foreword. I’ve been offered 25% discount off price and get to keep trousers.
What use are they if they don’t fit 😡
